I placed an order got a confirmation number and it never shipped but my gift card was charged. I had to call 2 times and spent over an hour on the phone. The 1st rude person hung up when I asked to speak with someone else. I was told it was a "failed" order and my gift card would be refunded. It was not. Use a credit card so that you can dispute the charges and keep your money.

I placed an order during the major candle event and received an email that my entire order was damaged. I called the customer care line and the representative stated I would get a refund. She could care less that I waited for a while before I could shop online to get a variety of candles that were Christmas gifts. The experience was horrible, and I won’t do it again.

Bath and body is the worst , there customer service us so horrible , they hiring people that cant speak English. Imagine for the past two weeks I've been calling and requesting to talk to a supervisor regarding my order ,they have you on hold for i hour plus and then hanging up the phone .I will never purchased anything from this store .My experience was very terrible ,never gotten my order and lost hundreds of dollars .These people is ridiculous

The most iritative wash gel a have ever seen, after 2 or 3 use my skin was really damaged because i am alergic to the ingredients.I made an allergy on my entire body.I do not reccomend to alergic people or anyone with sensitive skin.

Sono veramente schifata, non saprei come altro definire la mia esperienza. A parte il fatto che l'ordine è arrivato dopo 11 giorni, ben 3 prodotti su 6 sono aperti e senza sigillo, guarda caso sono i prodotti che come profumazione erano vaniglia più qualcos'altro ; evidentemente sono dei resi (qualcuno si aspettava un profumo diverso e dopo averli aperti li ha restituiti ) per i quali non si sono presi neppure il disturbo di verificare che fossero non usati e li hanno prontamente rifilati ad un altro acquirente; non faccio neppure il reso perché sarebbe a spese mie. Ripeto sono disgustata, mai più acquisti da questo brand

I love my Bb&Bodyworks store in Pompano Beach, Fl, and their employees. I also love the scents of the wall flowers plug-ins. However, I have an issue with these dispensers leaking the scented oil, all over, the floor, counters etc. I have 10 of these wallflowers in my home, and although I’ve taken some of the leaking ones back to the stores and they have replaced them, there’s no denying there’s a serious manufacturing problem with these. They leak at the seam. Even within a couple of months of purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot post photos here, in spite of what customer service advised. I’ve reached out to the store, & their customer service and although both acknowledge that there are other customers complaining of the same problem, nothing seems to be done about it. Let this be a warning to others, DO NOT buy any wallflowers until this issue is resolved, or you will have a mess in your house that is not easy to clean up! That oil is very sticky!

I received a totally destroyed package filled with tons of Bath and Body Works products. I was an excellent repeat customer. I’m having major surgery in a few weeks and have been very ill. Because the box was destroyed when I received my order, I had to take the vast amount of products two at a time to my storage room. That took a lot out of me since I’ve been so ill. The lid on a dry shampoo was broken. The only customer service I received was to replace the dry shampoo. I feel the Bath and Body Works representative should have included a very good coupon or a free product for all of the trouble they put me through. The “customer service” representative would not offer anything for all the trouble I went through. It showed a lack of caring and empathy on her part. It certainly was not my fault the box was not carefully packaged in the packaging room. This was so unfair to me. The rep said she couldn’t offer a coupon to me because they have a sale going on. The sale going on is mediocre and not of interest to me. I was going to place another large order, but I’ll pass.

4 issues: 1. Coupons were sent by US mail to my address with my last name (but a different first name). The store where I had first gathered my purchases said after the ring up that the coupon had already been used! 2. I decided, therefore, to return the items. All but 97 cents was put back on my charge card. The 97 cents was issued on a gift card I did not want! What the??? 3. 10 min later I decided to buy something anyway, sans coupons. I was not allowed to apply the gift card I didn’t want in the first place because I had to wait 30 minutes! You’ve got to be kidding!!! 4. Just got off customer service (store manager apparently powerless to deal with these issues). On a 27 minute phone call, I tried to explain the issues above clearly and succinctly. I repeated problem one at least 6 times; she barely understood). Forget issues 2 and 3. I am getting some coupons (hahaha). The feedback I’d agreed to give at the end never kicked in…fear of what it would be, perhaps. I was “good dayed” and the call was disconnected.
