Bath & Body WorksReviews of bathandbodyworks.com

I just wanted to give a compliment to January, an exceptionally knowledgeable and kind associate at Mapleview Mall in Burlington, Ontario. When I inquired about products , she was so helpful to answer my questions and also to direct me to other stores that may have the product they were sold out of. I even told her that I was disappointed that they were not answering the phones at a particular location and she offered to inquire on her own for me and then call me back. I was so impressed with her commitment to customer service and to help me that I wanted to let management know. She is a very valuable employee and I will always shop at that location first because of her. Thank you again January! You restored my faith in customer service and made my day!!

I shopped at Bath and Body Works for the first time last month. I am in love with everything I purchased. The hand soaps are fabulous, the fragrance is long lasting and it doesn't dry the skin. The shower gel, body cream, and body sprays are wonderful for scent layering, I got the rose and it smells amazing. The candles are simply divine. The staff at the store I went to (McKinley Mall, Blasdell NY) were all very helpful and courteous. I will definitely shop there again!

The Greenville ms bath &body works is the best they ask and tell you everything you need to know about the sells and give samples of all the smells that is very awesome. Also a lady named latasha or tasha was very helpful and took us all around the store and showed their most popular fragments.

Always ships quickly, great products, everything smells amazing, I have no complaints. I've been buying bbw for over 13 years!

I ordered lotions online and received them very fast and they were packaged very nicely. Nothing was broken or damaged. They delivered a day early and the website was very easy to operate. Would definitely shop online again and in stores

I absolutely love all things about these products. I buy most of my products on-line because I am disabled. I have had cancer twice and my skin was left extremely dry. The lotion from here is all that helps plus it smells wonderful so who needs perfume when you got this. I now have my daughter hooked

I shop in store and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable,& helpful. I love their scents for everything from women to men to home! I only wish Cotton Blossom would come back along with Fresh Bamboo candies and maybe some wallflowers too!!! My only complaint is loosing scents I love and having to find new ones.

Oh my gosh, Best fragrance you could smell. I love going inside the store as well, always smells wonderful. I love these products from this place. From candles and plugins to body mist, lotions, and oh my gosh, even the hand sanitizer is amazing. Will definitely continue to shop in store and online here.
