I had the worst experience ordering from their website. Never again! They don't tell you they're out of a product until you put it in your cart. Two items went missing in my cart. 😡. The next day when trying to login, they didn't recognize my password. I had a chat with Mona, who was no help at all, and would never answer my question of why I had to change it. She said she sent a link to my email to change it. She didn't. I tried again to sign in and it worked with my password. This company has no idea what they're doing! They are all idiots!

I would rate them a zero if i could. I ordered some of there fragrant hand soap on line, 11 days later they emailed me and said that they had to cancel half my order. What kind of outfit are they? I'm very upset not because of them canceling half my order,but for taking so long to tell me, and how long it takes to ship my order. I will never order from them again period.

Worst company to order online from. I placed order on 12/15 took them a week to process my order now my Christmas present will not arrive on time and it’ll arrive on the 26 now but when I ordered said the 22nd had to purchase something else to give as present since items won’t arrive on time.This is the second time thought I give them a second chance but definitely won’t bother again. Now to deal with return at store 😒

I ordered several candles in the mail,opened the box and the top candle was broken. I was so disappointed 😞

I placed an order via the website. I had plenty of time for arrival as it is a gift. When it arrived everything in it is wrong. I contact customer service and am told they will reship my items. When I try to check the status 2 days later there are all kinds of error codes. I then call back and am told that the representative failed to do it correctly and this person will fix it. I am told I will get an email in 24 hours confirming this and promised the express shipping I paid for will still be honored. Well 24 hours later no email and am still unable to check the status for all the error codes. Their shipping sucks!! Won't be using their products again.

I placed an order to pick up in store, as the order showed it was in stock at my local location, and my order was cancelled the next day due to lack of stock locally. I spent $10 on shipping, expecting to have my order in time for a staff Secret Santa event. Unfortunately, Bath and Bodyworks insists on using Purolator and my order did not arrive in time for the event. I am still waiting for my order, and the order is stuck somewhere in my province with no updates over the last few days. I will not be ordering anything from their website ever again.

I made a purchase and was given an estimated date that changed 5 times within 2-3days without any information as to why the date was being changed. My items were purchased on 12/12 and was gi en a estimated date of 12/18-12/20, 12/24 then 12/26 which is unacceptable. Once I called to make a complaint and advised I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER GIFT CARD because I will NEVER SHOP in your store again. And I will NEVER RECOMMEND IT 2 A FRIEND!.
