My name is carla james, i visited your store in Naperville #1821 and i must say i was indeed pleased with my experience. My associates name was Tanika and she was PHENOMENAL!!! I was a tad difficult but she was kind and she worked with me. She showed a positive attitude and she took her time with me. I would just like to see that her good work and great gestures dont go unnoticed. She deserves to be recognize

BBW in Winnipeg outlet collection probably the worst. They keep disturbing all the customers even if the customer doesn't need help.i was there to buy some lotion and mist but because of their questions after questions i got annoyed and left the store without buying.Very bad experience!!! The manager and associates should know the limits of disturbing the customer!!!

I went into the Atlantic Blvd Jacksonville, Fla location. I was having a hard time controlling my tics I have Tourette syndrome everyone was so helpful, and courteous the young lady behind the counter was talking me through my tics she just kept saying it's ok you got this. Since being that I was just diagnosed with Tourette syndrome i have a love for the aromatherapy it soothes me and I'm less stressful which is a big help. Thanks for being so gracious Bath & Body Works I'm forever a customer. You guys ROCK
