I had Kevin to help me and it was a breeze! The customer service is SUPER friendly and they can relate with what you're upset with! I didn't get my order for some reason and I was confused, Kevin helped me with everything, from reordering and even walking me through everything!! The shipping page does state to WAIT ONE DAY AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IF IT DOESN'T SHOW UP!! Those people are happy to help, so leaving them nasty reviews when you lacked to pay attention to your package. Don't trust these nasty reviews, they're just too mad to actually call them.

I was due a credit as I placed an order on 5/31 that was lost had to be resent and 8 days after receiving I still had not received a credit. Today is 7/11 and I called customer service and spoke with a lady named Tracy out of Nevada . I didn’t get her last name but I must say that she was the most pleasant person I have talked to on the phone in many years! She could give lessons to others in the customer service industry!!! Thank you again Tracy I hope some how you hear about this😊 you made my Saturday start off good!

Reading the rest of the reviews I'm surprised. I hated lotion for a long time because my skin is just hard to deal with. I decided to get body wash, lotion, and spray because I simply wanted to smell pretty. Turns out my skin gets along great! I ran out of the shea lotion, so ordered the regular and shea to see the difference and found the shea to be far superior. Anyway, I've ordered twice online over the last two weeks and received both a week after ordering, nicely packaged and all items ordered in one box. I hope something changed and people will have the luck I've had!!!

I have every single scent from BBW and I love them all. They take into consideration all the essentials one might need. (i.e hand sanitizer, travel size, hair care, and accessories) I just made another order online and it came rather quickly, keeping in mind all the COVID-19 delays. I was pleased with my order as all my other ones. They have a huge variety-- fits all needs. Whenever I go in-store the customer service is great as well! Thank you, BBW!

Bath & Body work has so many options to choose from and so mean ways such as sweet, fruity and also therapy. I love that we can test some of the stuff before buying.

Amazing scents! They are of fabulous quality along with excellent quantity! I especially enjoy their aromatherapy, it truly does unwind me. I general, Bath & Body Works outstanding and I couldn't live with them!
