I had to bring back some items that I had bought a while ago and the store manager in Woodbury Long Island was great. Very professional and was all about customer satisfaction. Their products are great. I will remain a frequent customer.

Bath and body has some of the most amazing fragrances around. My favorite is " In the Stars, Gingam and Thousand Wishes". I recently bought a few new ones which also smell good."Sunflower 🌻. I am very pleased because of the sales, so I can buy a lot and give as gifts. All my friends and family like the as well. I'll always be a fan and loyal customer. ❤️💚

I have shopped at Bath and Body Works for years. A great take for the Holiday Season. I have always had a wonderful and positive experience in the stores and now on their website, easy shopping and shipping. Understanding things are shipping slowly due to COVID 19, I have not had an issue in receiving my goods and enjoying them. Great shipping. I love their checkered boxes.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. I have never had an issue with them. They even replaced my order when my package was delivered to the wrong address and the jerk kept it. I love their selection. I love the freebies. My favorite store of all time.

I'm very appreciative to their customer service representatives. I placed an order online and didn't realize the package was stolen days after it was delivered. I called them and they helped me no problem. Yes, I wasn't able to receive all of the items I originally placed but that's to be expected. They are busy and that's a good thing especially during this pandemic. I'm just happy they were able to help me out so quickly.

Was nervous about going to the store, but they were well organized and following covid safety guidelines at Oxford Valley Mall store. Cleaning check out area between customers and offering sanitizer at the entrance was especially helpful.
