I’ve had a pleasant experience ordering online from their website. Although they missed out on some of the items at the time of pick-up, their customer service team was quick in addressing this and providing me a refund. They also, try to keep the customers happy and take your feedback seriously through promos and perks.

My boyfriend will not use the soap which always smells so good on your hands after a 20-30 second wash. I was wondering if you all ever thought about making your soap antibacterial too. If you do, this would be a big help for me because I can stock up on your hand soap and my boyfriend will use it. Think about please...thank you.

They ship your stuff fairly quickly in secure packaging. Unfortunately, their products do still get busted/leak sometimes. I also find I must be very careful due to skin sensitivities when using them. I can only use the body wash and lotion on my hands.

Always love the sent of midnight pomegranate perfume and candle and body lotions . Last time when I checked they discontinued selling it on shops unfortunately . Japanese Cherry blossom will be my second choice. I would say buying at sales season would be really worth it . I would prefer this over body shop products.

I have shopped at B&BW for years. I love the products and I love the friendly service in stores, but I was sorely disappointed in their customer service over the phone. Even though I had picked up my items and paid for them, I kept getting emails that I hadn't picked them up and they were cancelling my order. The store said everything was good on their end, so I called the customer service line. The man who answered could barely speak English. I couldn't understand him and he couldn't understand me, so things got heated. He kept saying they hadn't charged me even though I was looking at the cleared check right on my banking app. He kept arguing with me and I eventually just hung up because I wasn't getting anywhere with him. I wanted to post this review because I know you send them to the company. My comment to them is that you can't call it customer service if you outsource or hire people that can't even comprehend what's going on. We spend a lot of money in your store and we deserve good customer service.

I love their products, and I have purchased a lot of them from a shop while visiting the US. Open more stores in Europe please, or at least, make purchasing easier from here.

Other than slow-ish shipping (this isn’t Prime 2-3 day) so far my experiences have been pretty awesome. I have completed 7 multi-item purchases, 4 online & 3 in-store, and have done 2 exchanges. Even on sale B&BW products are a little expensive, but you get what you pay for as they sell quality products. Also there have been no errors and customer service has been excellent. Hopefully this is the norm, I’m expecting an online candle order delivery next week :)
