It took a long time and two different bots to register and get my credit for the purchase I had made in store. Terrible customer service.

NEVER ever order online from this company. Totally incompetent workers who cannot process your shipping address correctly! Total time I’ve wasted while being on hold with purolator is over an hour only to have the call dropped 😡

Its the customer service for me and poor bedside manners customer service has poor English I can't understand the representative also its been 6 days and I still don't have my order bbb has fallen off i am very disappointed at this point I want my money and ill take my money somewhere else.

If I could give it a zero, I would. I placed an order online and it never shipped. Then, 10 days later, they canceled the order. I chatted and the rep told me he would honor my coupons once I placed the new order then ghosted me. I chatted three additional times and they were not helpful and acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Worst customer service on the planet and obviously they don't care.

The worst! Impossible to get a hold a live person without waiting on hold forever! I went online to place a large order, signed into my acct. updated my credit card and hit complete order, my card was charged immediately, however right after that a page popped up that said your cart it empty. When I went to look at past orders, no order is there so they said they can't credit me back. So they will take your money even when the website completely screws up. Now I have to dispute my order through my credit card company.

This company has sneaky back-door web offers. They tell you they have buy 2 get one free offers, so when you buy two and select your third they charge you for it. They do not apply the free item. So if you plan on purchasing from them online, be sure to check your cart at checkout. They do not offer the free item. And then you contact support, and they say Oh well, that offer isn't live anymore. Stay away from this company.

The products are too bad , my wife bought three of splash bottles, the atomizers of all of them got broken , I called the customer service, but they did not help , REALLY, this is waste of money . NOT RECOMMENDED.

I am a long time buyer of Bath & Body Works and I send their products to my family member in NY. They recently started using DoorDash as a courier and they could not deliver the product because it goes to an apartment building. The courier has always been USPS before because they have a key to deliver mail and they leave the box inside the building. I called and talked to two customer service reps, including a supervisor named JJ and was told there is no way to request a certain courier. Well that won't work in NY!! If it was going to a house, great! But there is no way to know when DoorDash will show up and the person receiving it has to be home to let them in the building in Manhattan!! Order has to be cancelled now and I won't be placing more orders!!
