I love the Bath and Body products, especially the mens line. The Ocean scent is my preferred line. The scent is not overwhelming and a body wash lasts a long time. You don't need much for it to lather up all over. I use other products throughout my home. I constantly have guests, so I have the bath products and body lotions available on the guest rooms. I use the hand soaps at all of my sinks. I am always giving Bath and Body products as gifts for Christmas and birthdays. I would say that 90% of my purchases are online, and the products always arrive in a nice box and the order is accurate. Typically I am buying a lot of products at once, but everything arrives just as I ordered. Thank you!

The Customer Service in the BBW store in the Waldorf mall is exemplary. They greet you at the door with hand sanitizer, and offer you your own personal bag. They always ask if you require assistance in case you are looking for something special. They are very well versed with the products and show you different options, based upon your response, to give you the best reasonable price purchase. The store is CLEAN, well stocked and the displays are always eye catching. I have always been assisted by Jewel, Courtney or Samantha; wonderful employees who present a fun-filled atmosphere. They are very customer service orientated; per their interactions. The manager of the store cares about her employees which definitely flows to her staff. It's a perfect team. The candle scent Tis the Season is amazing! Don't miss out on this new scent.
