Very poor customer service would advise to never buy from them online as I purchased some stuff they were giving deal for 30dollar so I purchased some other items the basic item was not available so I tried to cancel order immediately but could not and they will tell you only after completing the order and making you pay for items you don't want. Opened discussio no point they will not cancel order at any cost your. NEVER BUY ONLINE

I like shopping with them online, but once I applied a coupon code it made my shipping jump from $5.99 to $9.99. Why did the shipping change if all I did was apply a code and not change any items in my order?

I never had a problem with bath and body works before. Girls usually would help me and even wrap my gifts for me. I was traveling to out of state from Utah for Christmas and stopped by Murray mall, because I thought I would be taken care of as usual. I picked up few gifts and asked to wrap in those bags boys items. There was not a line after me.. The girl just put wrap in my bag and said have a good day. Now, in Idaho I see that she didn't give me enough ribbons. I can't fix this on the farm now and I am pretty upset with lack of attention on her part.

Every time I go to bath and body works, they have fewer and fewer creamy lux hand soap and even fewer scents to choose from. Today, none at all. Going to bed bath and beyond to see what I can find there. So disappointed 😔

I love Bath and Body Works and have been a loyal customer for many years. I have spent a lot of money. I placed an order On Nov 4th and never received it. Customer Service made a replacement order and told me it will ship ASAP . I checked today and the order is still processing and I should get it 11/27... That's another week!! I asked for a partial refund because this order was 150.00... I was given a 20% off coupon on my next order. I get them all the time! I am very unhappy and not sure If I will be buying anything again

As soon as I opened the box I knew the order was trouble. It wasn't packed properly too much space and emptiness. 2 candles shattered glass everywhere. The pumpkin pie candle was just nasty and smelled like old cheap fragrance oil. Strangely mealy. Like a butter fragrance gone bad. Mostly all the candles smelled cheap and not true scents. Only 2 decent items out of almost 20 that I bought. The lotions sucked. The body washes. Just all cheap fragrances. I don't know how they stay in business. I should have just returned the entire package as it was. That is what the order deserved. I couldn't believe with all the five star reviews of their products on their website how bad the scents were. For example one that is called THE STARS. They mixed wood with a candy scent. You can't buy samples either. They suck but they aren't a scam site, so I can't give them 1 star.

My concern with the site is the shipping. Don't get me wrong, they products are great. It just seems like when I order online, which i almost exclusively do, something is broken or the tops have come off and liquid (cream) is all over the inside the box. They don't seem to use enough packing materials and things roll around inside the box. When I contacted them about it, they pretty much told me "oh well, things happen". Hmmmm, I don't consider that very good customer service1

Went to the store at Tyrone Square Mall in St. Petersburg, Florida. Really poor customer service from the cashier. Will not visit again.
