I love the Bath & Body Works candles, but I will never again buy them online. I have had to call four times to get candles replaced because they have either been broken or in an unacceptable condition (scratched, label torn, etc.) because of extremely poor packing. Whoever is packing their candles should be fired! No wonder the candles are so expensive - they have to replace them all the time!

After seeing some items that looked very nice, we thought we'd purchase online and try some, especially considering the sale prices of a few. However: •No "Pick Up In Store" Option; •Sales only apply online; •Shipping costs are insane ($10 to ship a small 8-ounce tube?); •Then they add a "handling" charge; •And finally they add sales tax to their shipping and handling, as well! So, a $6 item costs more than $17.50 with no option to pick it up in-store, and the store won't honor the sale. And it would have been $25 without the sale? Not in my lifetime. Horrible policies. Their prerogative, but we'll never return.

I have ordered and purchased from Bath and Body for years. I have recently had an issue of getting Bath and Body Works to remove my address from the mailing lists as well as complaints of sharing my information with 3rd parties and affiliates. I have been contacting customer service for almost a year and the reps continue to say it takes 90 days to remove but I will still receive mailings 4 months later at an address marked as business. I have emailed Bath and Body privacy department via the Bath and Body Works website portal and this company continues to disregard the requests. I have submitted 4 removal requests over a year period. This is the ONLY company who has issues marking my account with no solicitations, the ONLY company. After sharing my information with Victoria Secret, VS marked my address as business and assured me that I should not receive any future mailings. Now I am at the point where I will be contacting the Corporate complaint department just for unauthorized mailings to a business. This has changed my overall experience with shopping with this company. Do not share your phone number or email or use a card when shopping here, pay in cash and say no thank you for the "phone number" asked for in-store purchases. Trust me, they are saving your information when you consent! My latest removal request was last week March of 2019.

I will never shop online with bath&body works again, I bought the $10 candles sale and never received my order I called and and they put a replacement order in, still never received that order either and now they say their out of stock. It really breaks my heart I was really looking forward to my candles. If I knew that this would happen I would have just went into the store and got my candles.

My husband and I went to your store tonight to purchase items for myself and co workers for Christmas as I do every year. This year was by far the worst. In the 20 minutes my husband and I were in the store not one employee asked if they could help us or tell us about any sales going on. I made one small purchase and left. The whole time we were their 1 employee was fussing about a personal matter and the other 2 were walking around putting out stock. I will take my holiday business elsewhere. Very disappointed because I have always loved your store!

They have pathetic customer service. I bought the perfume spark on 14.95 and when I returned back they offer me 4.95. They don't meet customer satisfaction

The 3 products I bought were sold as scents from the sand, surf & beach. ALL 3 smelled like that cheap men's cologne, Old Spice. So unhappy, absolute GARBAGE

I did some shopping online during black friday. I guess the site was overloaded so it was not processing payments it kept saying error. I called customer service and I was told that they knew about the error and I should just keep trying until I got a successful payment confirmation page. I kept trying until I got the successful page. I thought everything was good. I wake up the next morning to an additional six orders that had been placed and sent to my email. Turns out Bath and Body Works went in and charged my card for everytime I pressed submit even though it said an error and the site did not process it. So they racked up a total of $850 on my card in one night for additional orders that I did not ask for. I gathered all of the order numbers and cancelled everything. I called to customer service spoke to six different agents. All stated that the orders were cancelled and should drop off of my card within five days. They did not send in a confirmation to the cancellation which I thought was strange but I let it go. Three days later I get emails that the orders had shipped and the charges were not dropped off as promised. I called the company back and was told by a supervisor that order cancellations were not promised and they are sorry. All the while my bank account went into overdraft because of this. The company did not care. Manager stated that it happened to a lot of people. She stated that she does not have access to the warehouse number and those people have control over cancelling the orders. I was told that she would intercept the packages and i would get my money back. The packages were intercepted but still no refund. Let this be a lesson to everyone do not buy online from this company. They do not know how to cancel orders even when they were at fault
