2 times now I have ordered online ad I placed my order and paid for it then I got an email saying that some of the items I ordered is not in stock. I called and they said I can't cancel my order. They can only refund my money for that item but would take up to 5 days!! I asked well why did it not say out of stock?? She said it's just the warehouse that I am getting my stuff from!! Ridiculous!! Why be would I order wallflower wall plug ins and a bunch of scent's and not get the plugins?? So I wanted to cancel my order immediately after placing it. What will I do with them with the tool to plug them into?? I will not use them again!!

What a totally frustrating experience here on CyberMonday! Spent well over an hour shopping for Christmas gifts, unable to find the same items that they had in the stores so I had to do several substitutions. Then, when trying to check out, the code for the 40% off kept disappearing which also allowed for free shipping over $40. My order totaled almost $100.00. Had to call in after I had spent a frustrating hour just trying to get a few things ordered here only to find out you can only apply one coupon code online - seriously???? You either take the free shipping and can’t use your free gift, $15 off $40 and $8 vanilla bean candle or you just choose one of the coupons to use and you pay for shipping!!! Totally awful experience!!! I’ll find my lotions and fragrances at another location that doesn’t make their customers jump through such ridiculous hoops! I’m done here!

Worsts store in the quintard mall. Went into the store today very bad customer service. I work retail and I know how it is. But regardless of how you may fell you still have to have customer service. Very rude salesperson. I’ll never go back. Gadsden is a much better place to shop

I canceled an order because I used the wrong address & they did not reimburse me my money back! Even after I placed another order for the correct address

Bath and body works have the worst refund policy i have ever seen. I ordered and 2 minutes later i called to cancel my order and they said it was too late. Now i have to send it back and it will take between 4 TO 5 WEEKS to get my money back. I will definitely find another place to order my candles (I buy A LOT).

Received my shipment of hand soap, only to have box half soaked in hand soap. 3 loose tops and the soap discolored the labels which were for gifts. As other reviews have stated, a waste of money as these cannot be gifted anymore. Very disappointed.

I ordered hand soap. It came to day. It was not in their normal box of blue checked. None of the bottles had seals and one was leaking. They were all together in a plastic bag and thrown in an oversized box. They were for gifts but I will not give them for gifts since they aren’t sealed. A waste of money. Never again.

Terrible customer service! Just got off the phone and after being asked for my order number my address my name etc., she also asked me to name items in my order, how ridiculous I called twice before no one asked me that. Just adding to the aggravation,as the gist of my problem with them is I wanted them to do something about their shipping service, Lasership Shipping. The shipping service lied and said that they attempted to deliver to my home and I was home all day. Upon calling the shipping service they told me that they could not find the address. So for two more days they told me each day that they were going to deliver and still have not. Bath & Body Works told me more or less to take it up with the shipping service myself. They told me to keep calling the shipping service and pester them “ha ha” what a joke !!
