I would write 0 stars if I could. Bathandbodyworks has gone wayyyyyyy downhill. I used to order online from them but NEVER again!! In a nutshell, I placed an order on 11/23 and never received my order but they charged me the $46.10 for 15 bottles of hand soap. I spent many phone calls with them and all they said it is that they'd send out only half my order bc they sold out of my other items. Ok fine. So I received half my order but they NEVER credited my credit card for the missing items. This HAS TO STOP people need to take a stand that Bathandbodyworks is stealing from their customers. It is now 12/24 and with no credit received. Upon calling bathandbodyworks they promised me a full credit but haven't even received a half credit. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BATHANDBODYWORKS EVVVVER AGAIN online or in store. Youd think they'd have top notch customer service for their already overpriced soaps. DO NOT BUY FROM BATHANDBODYWORKS AND TAKE A STAND AGAINST RUTHLESS BUSINESS PRACTICES AND UNETHICAL WAYS TO STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS....

Bath and body gets you to fill out their app to become a member to receive free gifts and so called valuable coupons and after you’ve provided all of your personal information and agreed to their terms and conditions they tell you their membership program isn’t available in your area yet and they’ll contact you by email when it becomes available. What a scam to get your information.

After looking at numerous reviews in the past few weeks it is obvious that Bath and Body took in more orders then they could fill. I placed an order on Cyber Monday December 2 and was told the order would ship between December 4-11th. After the 11th I was told the order shipped and I would receive it on the 17th. Today is December 22 and still no order. This has never happened in the many years I have ordered from them. Reviews are saying they are telling customers they sold out, or getting the run around. Poor business practices for sure which ultimately will effect future business, mine included! In the mean time they have charged my credit card which I will dispute the charge. I guess it’s best to just go to the store as online service is poor. Thank goodness nothing I ordered was a Christmas gift!

I placed my order on 12/7. Shipping said I would receive my package by 12/18. I online chatted and was told I would receive the package by the end of today 12/21. Package never arrived. I called customer service and they were extremely rude and said there is nothing they can do about it and that I should get it by Monday. These were Christmas gifts so now I will need to return these if the package ever does show up. The same thing happened to me last year. I should have learned my lesson!

Worst experience ever ordering online! Place an order on December 1st.. going on 21 days later still have not received my stuff!! Why charge a flat rate shipping of 5.99 when you cant even get packages shipped. Beyond mad and disappointed. This was a Christmas gift. I ordered 10 handsoaps. Called bath and body works online store to see why i hadn't got my package yet. Everytime I would check the online status it kept saying my package was shipped but was processing. They informed we they were sold out of a lot of the soaps I ordered now so they would have to give me a partial refund on the ones they didn't have! So 5 days ago they did a replacement order to send me the ones they had which was only 5. So you would think they would try to get the replacement order out pretty quick, but now 5 days later they still have not shipped my replacement order! This is beyond ridiculous. I will never order from Bath and Body Works again. Your shipping department is awful. I understand it is a busy holiday month but come on this is completely unacceptable.

Terrible customer service..Placed an order December 2nd and it is not December 18, it still has not been processed or shipped. If you call their customer service number you can sit on hold for an hour, which was my limit! After waiting for an hour twice no one every picked up the call. This is a Christmas gift, I spent $70 in product! I am beyond angry!!! I am going to go to every website possible and trash this company!

The bath and body works store in the Pittsford plaza in Pittsford NY blew my mind with how bad the service was today. I was waiting in line to be rang out behind my girlfriend and there was a manager and an associate standing behind the cash registers talking about doughnuts rather than ringing me out. I made eye contact with the manager and she continued on with her conversation. I was going to participate in $4.95 body care day and decided to put my items away because of how bad that service was. My girlfriend; still at the register, explained why I walked away and put my items back and the manager said very sarcastically to her “he wasn’t waiting long, was he?” And rolled her eyes. And my girlfriend suggested that the manager stop me on my way out in order to get the service back and to apologize for them not being attentive and they did nothing. Kept talking. So we left the store. I realized in the car that I deserved an apology for the bad service and from them for putting their conversation before ringing me out and so I went inside to talk with the manager. She interrupted me repeatedly while explaining my frustration, she said that they were talking about their dinner, and she wouldn’t apologize. Now if only she had originally put me before her conversation about a doughnut dinner and ring me out..... I love the men’s products and was excited for a good deal but let’s just say I won’t be giving that store my money any time soon.

Great to have a sale but always out of the most popular scents. No longer a fan. It’s almost like a bait and switch. Won’t be going back.
