Bath & Bodyworks has always taken forever to ship / deliver even before the Covid Virus. They use snail mail and charge you for it no matter how much you spend. Which honestly for a multi million dollar company is just bad business. Get it together. I placed an order on 05/02 and it’s supposedly being delivered on 05/15. Just a ridiculous amount of time. I ordered from Target yesterday, 05/13, it will be here in 2 days. Take notes Bath & Bodyworks, take notes.....

I have been a B&BW fan from day one. However, my last order took way too long to arrive. Then today I placed an order and only after I posted seen that I can have it curb side pickup. I immediately got on chat with them to switch to the store for pickup and I'm told they're is nothing they can do once it's placed. They will not touch or process my order for a couple weeks but cannot/ will not make a change or cancel all together. This is crazy, not at all consumer friendly. Shipping is taking WAY TOO LONG so they should show store pickup as an option that's obviously available. To have it show up after I ordered is just wrong. Then to not even let me cancel an order I literally just placed. I rant over. I'm just very irritated and upset.

I placed an order on April 27 for Mother’s Day even though the online experience is miserable; limited inventory, lots of “sold out.” It was processed the next day. I called on May 4 to inquire about the status. It had not shipped and I was told it was “fortunate it was still being processed.” I asked if the shipping address could be changed since it would no longer arrive on time. ANSWER: No! Once placed you cannot change the address. I could have the order replaced, but it would add another 9 days to shipping. So I asked about canceling. ANSWER: No! You have 3 minutes to cancel once placed. Now I have to either take it back to a store no longer open, or pay for the return myself. You people at Bath and Body Works aren’t serious?!!! As an Ohioan, I’m not surprised at your business tactics.

I dont mind the long delivery time bc I understand the deal with covid, even though it took about 3 weeks.... My thing is, if you're gonna spend money to make the inside of the box all cute with blue plaid then at least take extra care of the product being shipped. The car refill things were just loose at the bottom of the box and busted open... At least wrap the small items together in bubble wrap and also tape up the dispensers so nothing comes loose and leaks everywhere.

I am disappointed in B&BW. I have been a faithful consumer for the past probably seven years. I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of their candles. Every year the prices go up and the quality of their products goes down (with a few exceptions). Yet when we could truly use a break, they are not there for us. I can not believe they are marketing candles and not offering any incentives at this time. I understand that candles aren't an essential item during this crisis but they can be therapeutic. With so many businesses out there offering online incentives to keep their businesses going you would think that B&BW would be willing to give a little. Once the economy is back up and running, we will remember who was there for us and who was not.

I like their products but in my opinion, Bath and Body Works is trying to profit off of the virus pandemic. If they truly wanted to help people out, they'd reduce the outrageous prices on their hand soaps, hand sanitizer, etc. and give people free shipping. They always run sales where you can get the hand soaps for $3.00 a bottle but not this time. They've been running the same prices $5.00 a bottle during this entire virus outbreak. I'm not saying give it away for free but how about you give people the normal $3.00 sale prices that you run all the time and resist the urge to profit off of panic. Show Americans that you're about more than a profit.

I like their products but now with this virus and their stores closed, they are still having shipping fees when so many have free shipping Now....sad! Come on! Step up!!
