This place is horrible. I have had them twice cancel but didn’t give a reason why, an still took money outta my account. I have tried contacting customer service and then they send my to another person just to tell me. The money was never taken out but it’s right there on my bank statement it was removed. Customer service is just rude to no matter how calm you are with them an try to be understanding.

Went into the Oak Court Location purchased 70 dollars worth of items wrong up by Taja and had 2 big candles for placed in a small bag with 3 lotions. I asked for another bag because it was to heavy and Taja told me I couldn’t have one and I’m like I just made a purchase what you mean. I said when y’all start that she said if it wasn’t a holiday I could get it. Long story short that upset me and caused your store a loss because I asked All the Items be returned!!!!

I purchased wallflowers and the fragrance don't lasts long at ALL.

I would give zero stars if I could. That is exactly how many of the items I received from my online order. After ordering 15 soaps I waited for them to arrive. Once they were over two weeks late I called customer service. I was told that my order was damaged and returned to them. Bath and Body Works had no intention of letting me know that my order was not coming. They were going to keep my $ and not resend my order! I asked if they would resend them and I was informed that they no longer had many of the scents I had ordered and couldn’t send them. They suggested reordering online... I let them know that I had bought them on a really good sale and I wanted the price I had paid. The girl’s suggestion was to buy more when there is another sale! By the end of the conversation I had my money returned WITHOUT the shipping cost.

Director of the UK operations group, Mr F. unprofessional and makes extremely misogynistic and sexist comments. Would not buy products from this company.

Bath and body works fragrances are most cheap smelling and stinky now . They discontinued all of my favorites. I used to love the green clover and aloe , Cool citrus basil and the lemongrass sage . Best fragrances ever . They went well with my favorite perfumes. Nothing they have now even comes close to these . I despise bath and body works bring back these fragrances and I guarantee you will have an increase in sales .

MY RATING IS FOR THE OTHER ASSOCIATE AND I THINK SHE'S A MANAGER, NAMED MELANIE. SHE DIDN'T EVEN CARE JUST KEPT SCANNING THE PRODUCTS AND THROWING THEM DOWN! I COULDN'T GET OUT OF THERE FAST ENOUGH TO FILE A COMPLAINT ON HER DIRECTLY WITH CORPORATE! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION EVER! WHO ASKS A CUSTOMER WHERE ARE THEY ALWAYS GETTING SO MANY PRODUCTS FROM BECAUSE YOU COME IN HERE ALL THE TIME RETURNING THINGS AND ALL IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS, AS IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG. PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS GIVING ME GIFTS FROM BATH AND BODY WORKS OR A GIFT CARD AND I MAY OR MAY NOT LIKE A PRODUCT! MELANIE YOU NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! YOU DON'T HAVE TO EVER WORRY ABOUT SEEING ME IN THERE AGAIN!
