I have to say how terrible you people are as a company during this covid -19 there has not been not one sale on your items. You have no consideration for people at all. Your service suck even at stores all those people have nothing but bad attitudes. Everyone should be treated with respect. You will lose a lot of customers. You guys actually jack up the prices on everything.

I have been a bath and body patron for many years,up until now. I recently made an online purchase on April 20th. I still have yet to receive my order of about $100 And its May 7th. They did make mention to the longer delivery time due to the ongoing covid19 circumstance. However, my daughter in law ordered on April 24th and received her order in a more timely manner than > ( May6th). I completely understand the longevity due to coronavirus but this is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed.

Same issue as several others ordered product 15 days ago and no way to get any answers .... Always a fan of bath and bath works until now

Worst eCommerce experience I have ever had. Website is buggy and doesnt work, double charged my card, order tracking doesnt work properly and an order from April 17th is schedule for delivery 5/5. Just 10 days short of a month to ship it out. I have ordered products from China and had it delivered sooner. If you can't go to the mall and you don't have a working ecommerce site the next step is out of business. Absolutely the worst ecommerce experience EVER.

I ordered plug ins on April 20 and so far the only thing I've received is emails saying my order is about to ship. Normally that's the email you receive before your order actually ships right? No, not with Bath and Body Works.com. You will continue to receive emails stating your order is about to ship, but mine still hasn't after 2 weeks. They have been horrible all around during this pandemic. I will never order from Bath and Body Works online again. I will continue to shop in the stores when the reopen...if they reopen, but I will never ever ever ever order from them online again. I agree with the person that said they haven't offered customers any coupons during this time or discounted shipping. I attempted to use a coupon code that had not expired and the system would not recognize it. Disappointing all around! Shame on you Bath and Body Works for showing such poor customer service at a time like this. The least you can do, is put a warning on your page to alert customers, that orders are taking a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks before they even ship. Also, customers should be allowed to cancel orders that have not shipped.

Placed order on April 18th contacted bath and body on may 2nd that I still have not received my things and they told me I should have my stuff by the 11th. I am not happy with bath and body works at all. .

i placed a on the 24th of april for over $90.00 and today is may 1st 2020 and instead of receiving a email that items have shipped i yet received another stating that my order is about to ship, what the hell is going on with this shipping crap? so quick to take the money outta my account but sitting there taking there sweet time to ship what legitimately paid for. every time i receive one of these emails telling me its getting ready to ship, i feel like i'm getting burned and they are giving me the run around while they have no desire to actually ship my products that i paid for.

Since this epidemic happened this business has not offered one coupon Or free shipping instead kept prices at full scale They are money grabbing n suggest not to buy until They offer there normal deals! Will loose a lot of customers
