I got an email 5/5 that my order was shipped, LC tells me my order wasnt shipped until 5/12, the phone tell me it was shipped 5/15 and yet USPS site still says they are awaiting my parcel. There is no sense of honesty, integrity, customer service or appreciation, nothing!!!!!!

I always enjoyed shopping at bath & body but recently ordering online has been a nightmare placed an order on May 6th call today the 18th still processing my order I told them I wanted a refund since it hasn't been shipped they said we can't give a refund oncethe order has been placed so still waiting I will not order from them again in fact I won't even shop there again very disappointed I understand things are slower with the covid-19 but this is just ridiculous

Just two months ago bath and body works was my favorite store and now I refuse to buy online from them. Not helping everyone out with free shipping or sending out their coupons/rewards during this pandemic says a lot about the company. Was going to make a purchase Of approx. $110 (No coupons because they aren’t allowing it atm) and still no free shipping

Terrible online customer service. Terrible shipping practices. Ordered on May 9th, delivery is between May 9- June 2 and for standard shipping? It wont allow me to cancel my order or even just change the shipping address. Smh. That's ridiculous. It only allows you to use 2 gift cards as a payment. Their candles used to be high quality and about 4 months ago 6/8 candles were exchanged because I cant even smell the scent unless I sniff from the jar. Those 6 candles exchanged were then exchanged due to the same issue before.

Placed an order on 4/19 with an estimated delivery range of up to 5/11. I definitely understand that things might be delayed due to Covid, but have yet to receive it. It’s now 5/17. No updates or notifications from them, no way to cancel the order, etc. I’m very disappointed with them.

I have ordered in the past and have been satisfied until just recently. I placed 2 orders, 1 for body wash and hand soaps and the other for hand sanitizer. This was back in April and I'm still waiting for the body wash and hand soap. The other order, when placed, told me it was in stock. They processed the payment on my cc and then out of the blue, they cancelled the order. But when I went online, they had other hand sanitizers available, why not send me one of them??!! Now I have to hope the charge is removed from my cc. I also hope that I receive my other order. I don't know if I'll order from them online any longer and maybe I'll go to the store, where at least I can leave with the product in hand. Not a Happy Customer.

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a gift set to be sent to my daughter-in-law in LA. I placed the order on April 30th. Not in time for Mother's Day, they said. So, first they said it would arrive on Tues., May 12th, then it was Wed., May 13, then Thurs., May 14, then Fri., May 15th. Now they are saying Monday, May 18th. I am not kidding. And I am so sick of hearing that the covid19 virus is an excuse for poor customer service. We'll be hearing about that for the next 2 years. I will NEVER order from these people again.They should have made it their business to ensure that all orders placed before Mother's Day were received by Mother's Day, like every other company does.

I ordered $150 dollars worth of wallflowers and soap plus one candle which was dropped from my order because they sold out, on 4-25. I didn’t receive a tracking number until 5-7 My tracking number has never worked and the money had been pulled from my account on 5-7. When I called they told me it was lost/stuck with their distribution partner. They placed a reorder for me on 5-11. The order number is invalid as of this morning 5-14. I am so dang frustrated. I have ordered from several companies both big and small and yes it’s taken a few days extra to receive but nothing like this. Bath and Body needs to get it together. This is ridiculous and they’ve lost a costumer. I had to go out an find alternatives. Online and I received them 5 days after ordering btw! Just hope I can get my $150 back now.
