Ordered a Happy Birthday giftcard to send to my mom for her birthday May 20th. I ordered the card back on May 2nd, thinking 3 weeks was PLENTY of time for a flat piece of mail to arrive. Only AFTER I paid, did it say the estimated delivery date was May 26th. Why it takes almost a month to mail a giftcard is beyond me. So I immediately tried to cancel, and got a message: "Your order is currently processing and cannot be canceled." It was "processing" until it finally shipped May 21st. I wish I'd have known up front it would take that long...and that they were shipping it "economy ground". Maybe she'll get it on time for Christmas...

I placed an order with Bath & Body on 5-10-20 and it's 12 days later and I still haven't received my order. I'm done ordering from this website. My merchandise could have been walked here from China in less time.

Buyer beware!...not the same as in store prices for foam soaps...any quantity above 6 for $24 charged full price $7.50 per soap instead of $4.33. Customer service not familiar with their own products and took forever to credit me...on the phone 30 min with customer service to finally credit me $3.50! Won’t be ordering on line again.

I ordered from them on April 18. They charged my card on May 19 th. They said I would receive the order by May 11. It’s May 18th and there is no order. I log onto the website and there is no tracking number. I call and I’m told the item was damaged in shipping and I will get another one but it will take another two weeks or if they send fedex they can’t guarantee stock. What a waste of time. I have ordered from many other companies during corona virus crisis. This is the only vendor that seems to have horrible timelines and poor delivery ability.

I returned an order of wallflower plugs after the first one i opened was too strong and gave me a headache. Everything was in the original packaging and customer service cannot locate my return. I am now out the cost of the plugs I returned and the shipping cost I paid. I was on hold for so long while customer service supposedly was talking to a supervisor, and then they hung up on me.

I ordered from B&BW Around a month ago, so I could gift my mom some lotion and body wash stuff that she likes. We’re almost at the end of May and here is the story: Package was “delivered” to my house two weeks ago. However we never received the package. Called them, and placed a replacement order. I thought, it’s ok maybe the delivery company just made a mistake no biggie. It has now been two more weeks since then and my package still has not arrived despite having being “delivered” to my house once more. I call again, but this time I’m told to give it another 24 hours. I don’t want to go all Karen on their representatives because I know it’s not their fault the delivery person is incompetent but come on.

Signed up for tracking...this company needs to know they suck at this. Zero rating for texting and "tracking". So for 15 days, my order is just 3 hours away...per your "tracking" by different numbers from USPS...

B&BW Shipping is a joke!!! I've placed 2 orders during this Covid pandemic, and both took WEEKS to arrive. But, the company wastes no time to immediately charge my account for the purchase. Like most others I've placed countless orders for things from ammo to groceries and multiple other personal goods these past weeks and ONLY B&BW shipping takes weeks just for the order to be shipped - despite constant email communications that my order will "soon be on its way." I will not place a 3rd order and frankly will find it hard pressed to go back to a store, if and when, they open again based on this horrible customer service.
