I am very upset I ordered $50 worth of stuff on May 2nd and was initially told by email it would be here between 12-25 as of today i still have not received my product and called customer service again about this issue and my product last place was in Atlanta in the 15th and no other information and they wanted to reissue the product to me again to wait again God knows how long in which i declined I asked for a refund. I am very upset to was a gift and now I'm out of luck had to give a cash gift so inpersonal!

Bath and Body works Australia has the WORST customer service!! In store staff look always uninterested in customer queries. I was also charged with an item that i never bought nor even mistakenly received. When i raised this issue, even showing receipts and all, customer service said it will get back to me but the succeeding follow-ups were met with no responses at all. Such a scam and crap service for a well-known company. What a shame as I love(d) their products (from US) for more than 20 years only to leave a dent on my impression when it comes to their services in Sydney.

I order products a month ago!!!! This freakin company took my money but no product!!!! Never again will I order I hope this company shuts down!!! There is no excuse!! Order from Amazon you will get your product on time!!!!!!!!!! This company sucks!!!!!

I ordered my stuff A MONTH AGO. So I decided to call the customer service line. I was very friendly & simple asked "hey can I have my tracking number because everyday SINCE I ORDERED it was saying shipped and the first question the man asks me over the phone is "well did you get your order" I said well...no? Hence why I'm asking for the tracking number? And he response with telling me promotions of the products after asking him WHY I KEEP GETTING EMAILS SAYING IT SHIPPED. Then decides to tell me "oh you didnt get the tracking number because it hasnt yet. So here I am tracking my 100 dollar order that has no information. I'm sorry I know the pandemic causes time for products to come but the attitude was completely unnecessary

Very disappointed with the Bath & Body Works ordered six bottles of foaming soap on May 1st 2020 they said that the delivery time would be between May 11th and May 22nd I did not receive my soaps till May 23rd and 1 soap was missing so I called them up waited on hold for 20 minutes then when I finally did get a girl to answer the phone she's kind of cocky I told her that I ordered on May 1st six bottles of soap they were supposed to be here between the 11th and 22nd I just received them today ( may 23rd) and one bottle was missing so she took my information she said that it shows that it should have been shipped but because it wasn't obviously she would send me out another one it would take six to 15 business days for me to get the soap I should have already gotten that I've been waiting 3 and 1/2 weeks for she got cocky with me again wanted to know if I understood what she was doing and I told her I understand I'm just pissed off that I waited three and a half weeks for my soaps and I don't even have all of them and they showed up late! Then she apologized for me not having all my soaps and said they would ship out the one soap that was missing without it costing me anything,( it better not cost me anything you're the one that forgot to give it to me and I paid for it already) and repeated herself that in 6 to 15 business days I would have the soap that I should have already received so by the time I get this one soap it'll be over 5 weeks that I waited for my soaps to all come in! I won't be going to them again next time I'll be buying myself soap from Scentsy to try and see if I like it if not I'll find somewhere else I definitely won't bother to go back to Bath & Body works after this!!

Bath and Body Works bombard me with emails with no promotions , nothing! They don't offer anything that would be different if I just walked into the store. I ordered a few items the week before mother's day and I'm still waiting for them. Too slow in delivering. I'll never order anything online.

I am only giving a 1 star due to shipping charges! I spent almost $150.00 on bath and body works products. I cannot believe they charged me for shipping! Most online ordering is free after you spend $50.00....Shame on bath and body works for charging this fee...we cannot go in person to buy their products as stores are closed with the pandemic. You need to do better regarding this!

I ordered online 7 Candles spent $200 and did not realize until the next day it was in US currency. I called to cancel the order and was told "I have bad news for you we do not accept cancellations". The woman was so rude, it was like i was bothering her. She actually said there is a 3 minute window to cancel an order placed "you took until the next day". Ridiculous. Being a loyal customer I guess doesn't matter. No wonder they are going out of business. I would never go back.
