Kudos to the online representative Deanna Williams. I called customer service online today and spoke to a gentleman regarding the system not letting me use my rewards. I was on the phone with him for 45 minutes and he couldn't figure it out so he tried to transfer me to a supervisor and I got disconnected. So I called back and Deanna knew what she was doing and was so sweet. She had it resolved quickly. Please acknowledge her expertise and knowledge and give that sweet patient girl a raise.

I had the BEST experience EVER with Daniella Louis!!! I hate calling, my anxiety gets the best of me. I usually do live chat! However they were busy so I sucked it up and called! She was so nice and carried on a conversation! She kept it very professional but also friendly (like she truly enjoys helping people.) I thanked her multiple times and she just said "I like my customers happy!" You hear that from all sale reps it's their job to say this but with her it was genuine and I could tell! She actually did care that my candles were no longer in stock and took the time to offer me replacements. She sat patiently as I looked online for different scent notes to see if there would be something I liked! She also went as far as asking what scents I do like so she could help me with some suggestions based off my taste. It was all around a GREAT phone call! I usually don't leave reviews because I've never really had great experiences but this woman needs recognition 100%. Thank you again Daniella you made my night with your kindness!

The employees where ever helpful and special when people asking for help. They where also ever welcoming, kind, honest and ever positive that fill up the good atmosphere in the store include music that made you smile. Also ever organize and had everything ready before the people hit to the store even during a huge rush but most importantly it was not to crowed even everyone enjoy the scents in the whole store. I had trouble finding my fragrance mist and deciding on a few new ones to take home with me but when I ask girl employee to help me she was more than helpful she was the most sweetest person I have ever meet also amazing person that got along with others as a team including finding out where the fragrances mist might be in different locations. She help me out by making good decisions and finding my fragrance mist that's me. Even told me how long the sales will be and the offers of 50%-75% off. Even there where most fragrance mist are online this's the store that others love to shop with this kind of positive energy. I am grateful she help me out when my day was hard and rough even helping me make a decision that I couldn't. Thank you for helping me out when I need it most.

My favorite candles! I only like the candles I get when on sale. The body scents I don't like.
