I get emails every day wanting me to buy online. I have ordered many times prior to Covid 19 without any issues. It seems they are using a company called Newgenics for their shipping. My credit card has been charged upon shipping. But the delivery status indicates it's in Phoenix for several days now. Cannot reach anyone via phone or chat online. If this company wants business via online they need major improvements.

This company are stealing money from its customers by selling defect products then not allowing the customers to bring anything back. I spent $130 on candles 6 are defective. I am going to contact my credit card company

Do Not buy from them especially on line. During this pandemic I've done a lot of online shopping and this is the only company I have had shipping issues with. Everytime I call them I get one misinformed customer service rep after another, when I've asked for a manager I either get a Supervisor, who is equally lacking in customer service skills, or I get someone even worse. I spent over 2 hours last night trying to get an answer as to where my package is, the one that was supposed to be delivered almost a wk ago, and every person I spoke with had a different answer and different information. This is after I spoke to the Post Office who can't even find my package yet a "Supervisor" at Bath and Body Works claimed to have more information than them said it's in transit when it's not!! It's not worth the aggravation to order from them on line. If you really like their products stores are starting to open I'd wait and buy what you need in store. I've placed 5 orders with them since the pandemic started and I've had a problem with EVERY ORDER yet I've ordered from several other companies on line and have not had one issue, it's only with Bath and Body Works where I have an issue. It says a lot if a company only rates barely 2 stars out of 5!! If you can wait until the stores open again or get what you need elsewhere I STRONGLY suggest you do so

Previous shipments some of the products had broken tamper seals or no seals at all. They replaced them, but the wait and trouble is still an inconvenience. This recent order was placed on 05/11/20 will allegedly deliver on 06/02/20. It is currently 05/29/20. Other companies are having very little problems shipping out products during covid-19. This might be the last time I order through this company covid or not.

Completely UNTRUSTWORTHY! They took weeks to fill an order, charged me more for shipping and canceled part of the order at the last minute. Check their Facebook comments! Horrible !

For starters I have been buying B&B Works gentle foaming hand soap, amongst a few other products for several years and love them all. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic I had no choice but to order online in order to re-stock. I ordered 6 bottles of hand soap and 2 wall plug-in replacements (all in stock). I’m in Toronto. I received a follow-up email saying one plug-in wasn’t in stock hence was being cancelled. I checked my bank account online only to discover that on a nearly $50 order the exchange and duties added over $30 to my order. My order took over 3 weeks to arrive, was loosely packed and the handle on one bottle of soap came cracked. I decided to unsubscribe from the many promotional emails that I’ve received since then only to find out that my request may take 10 days to process. It’s unfortunate that so many stores are closing down here in Canada. Great products and great service in-store but a disappointing online experience.

Soap is essential right? They promised i would recieve my soap in 6-10 days. I waited 13 and went to see where it was. Their website offers pretty much no customer service so after half an hour, i finally got a delivery estimate saying it would arrive sometime in the next 3 week window. Seriously!?! I will not be ordering EVER again. I kinda need soap within a reasonable time period and obviously you don't know how to run an online business.

If I could give this company a 0 I would... I placed an order a few days ago and my total came to $200 I was happy with that final price on the pathetic deals being offered during covid. I look at my account the next day on my bank and it shows an additional $130 charged. I had ZERO knowledge of this additional charge. I call bath and body works and they have no idea either. The first guy said he’s never seen that in his life, second person I’m transferred too says it’s the cost of Canadian items in US dollars. I informed her they have to advertise the correct prices or that’s fraud. The next person changed the story to that’s regular standard shipping from the states. I ORDERED FROM A CANADIAN COMPANY ADVERTISING CANADIAN PRICES AND MY TOTAL SHOULD BE CONFIRMED AT THE END including all charges or possible fees. I was told a manager would call me back to discuss but have yet to hear from them in a total of 36 hours. I’ve never been so disappointed and felt so screwed by a company I used to trust. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will charge your card more than you agreed too and do nothing to accommodate or help you. I hope all of their stores get shut down.
