Bath & Body WorksReviews of bathandbodyworks.com

My name is Angela woodard, this is my second time ordering from this company, the 1st time I order,I got it pretty quick, this 2nd time around is taking a whole month and I am not happy, will not order again.I will like my money back,my # 757-319-9165

Took a month to get the order that was placed! I haven't used products yet, I just hope they still have the quality they used to. Why didn't they offer discounts if they can't keep up with orders during covid? Paying $100 and having to wait a month is just not ok. I have ordered online from several places during the pandemic and not one merchant took a month! All packages were received in less than a week, why not bath and body works?

I AM HAVING DELIVERY ISSUES AS WELL WITH BATH AND BODY ....ORDERED PRODUCTS FOR BIRTHDAY GIFTS AND AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY STILL HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED....WE NEED TO BOYCOTT THIS STORE!!!! MAYBE THEN THEY WILL TAKE IT SERIOUS!

I place and order on line in the first week in May and still have not received my order I have had no updates from this company. This is the last time I will us this company website.

I tried to order some hand sanitizer, added lotion to the order to justify the shipping charges. The hand sanitizer was cancelled (understandable, but it says in stock on the website...) I was told I can’t cancel or change my order that I placed 5 minutes ago. So I paid $10 shipping for a $12 bottle of lotion. Thanks bath and body works.

I have used Bath and Body Works hand soaps for years, I ordered 8 bottles on May 3rd, it took 3 weeks for me to receive them and during this time I kept getting emails from them telling me they are processing my order, I understand this do to the covid 19 issues but my real problem now is the quality of the products. The hand soaps are so watered down now that had I went to the store to purchase them I would have walked right out and went to the nearest Dollar Tree and saved myself over $35, yes the smell might not have been the same but once I rinse my hands now the smell that used to last is gone in no time. Never again will I buy from Bath and Body Works, they are taking advantage of their customers during this crisis, I am in the high risk group for catching this virus so I am doing everything I can to stay home, that is why I order online plus I have other health issues and am on disability so I do a lot of online ordering but this has taught me that some of my faithful retails stores can no longer be trusted to do online ordering since we can't return items. You have lost a loyal customer and I am spreading the word for others to be careful when ordering online from your company.

I used to love the plugins for my house but in the last few years the quality has DROPPED drastically! They barely last a month with hardly any scent(I still have a few older ones and those last closer to 3 months with scent throughout). Out of the 10 scents that I really like, only 2 work at this point. The rest you actually have to put your nose above the plugin to even smell anything. Lastly, the price has fully doubled during this time . In a nutshell, quality has gone way down while prices have doubled , I will no longer be buying unless that changes.

Due to COVID, I ordered 3 shower gels online at Bath and Body Works on May 6th and as of 5/31, it still has not reached my home. On 5/13 I received an email telling me my items have shipped. When I track the package, I see that the package is in Atlanta, which is only 3 hours from where I live. It has been in Atlanta for over 2 weeks and is expected to arrive June 1st. Since I ran out of shower gel, I began using the Suave brand and have realized I may be overpaying for Bath & Body Works shower gel. This has been extremely disappointing.
