I ordered product online on 5/16/2020 and according to the website delivery is 5-12 days I was told deliveries would not start until may 27th and maybe I will get it by June 9th. Well nothing as of yet!! Some hand soaps and a candle you have a ton of this product not sure why such a long wait for product!! I will never order online again!! I will also make sure I post everywhere that if you don’t want your product anytime soon then order online you may get it in a few months!! So ridiculous!! Let’s see if corporate reads this and reaches out to me. I bet not!! Beware don’t order online!!

The Severna park store is the ABSOLUTE WORST STORE IVE EVER VISTED! The greeter was friendly them other persons and I’m saying that in the nicest way possible Are not friendly don’t offer any any coping or promotions .. called customer services and thy are of. NO HELP !

I will start off by saying that I am super P’d OFF with this company! I ordered a Mother’s Day bundle and several other items on 4/23/2020. I ordered two of them and one arrived on time. However, for the other order, the estimated delivery should have been between 5/10-5/14/2020. I’ve tried to contact corporate on 4 separate occasions and every time they directed me to customer care because they “don’t handle these issues” and they promised I would physically speak with an advisor. NOPE!!!! Everything was automatic and I never spoke with anyone! I’ve waited the bull crap 24-48 hr for my package details to update and there is still NO update a month and half later! F this company. I will NEVER order from them again! I never had issues before but this was the icing on the cake. I will not be a returning customer and neither will my friends or family. Thank you for ruining our Mother’s Day during the pandemic. All other companies have been on time with packages and have been super transparent if there were any issues. I do expect some kind of response ASAP.

During bad times like covid19 pandemic I realized this company is crooked. They increased the price on hand soap in a way that shows theses crooks belong to the ranks of those taking advantage of human bad times. Shame on you ! I actually switched to other shops at better prices.

I have purchased from this company 30 years . I ordered before COVID and it took forever . This time I ordered 5/24 . It is now 6/5/20 and I have received nothing but lots of emails stating first it had been shipped then it was processing now my order has been cancelled . Do not order from them online .

Placed an order by telephone as the online site would not compute the advertised discounts... received an incorrect order today; was sent 15, 3 way candles instead of 15 plug in refills and was also overbilled $260.95. The company is refusing to send a prepaid return label and insisting I pay for the shipping despite it being thier error. Spent over an hour trying to resolve this issue. Will never shop from them again! Terrible customer service!

So definitely hope the store opens up because the internet orders are a nightmare! I did an order on the 10th and by end of month still no package. So i call them, the custoner service representative states he will send replacement order. Perfect, yah not so much! The replacement order has 4 items missing! Thank God my orginal order showed up yesterday! This is beyond ridiculous ! Service was awful!

Absolutely horrible delivery service. I placed my order on May 16th and kept on receiving emails about my order "about to ship" but it never did until I emailed customer service. They said "dont worry youll still get your order" ok ok whatever. I finally got an email saying that my order had shipped May 31st. I still havent gotten my order. No reason for it to take this long. First I was told I would have it May 27th and now its June 3rd and I still havent gotten it yet. I will never order from them again and I really hope other people read this and decide to save their money for a company that takes better care of their customers. All this wait and I'm betting that when it finally comes the glass is going to be broken and I'm going to have to wait another month to get my items.
