I ordered product on June 1st and yet to receive my shipment.I contacted customer care and was told the "delay" is related UPS and no claim can be filed for a last package until JUNE 26th despite NO tracking showing!!!! So Bath and Body thinks this is an acceptable answer. Terrible customer service. Here's a tip folks at Bath and Body, it you can't manage ecommerce orders, don't have a website. SO DISGUSTED. I will NEVER again order from you.

Sales have been terrible and last order didn't come with the usual 20% off coupon. Never have free shipping like other stores. I ordered my candles from Kohl's this time. Got $20 candles for $5 and free shipping. Sorry BBW, your dropping the ball.

I probably shouldn't be writing a review before I've received my package, but I placed my order 5/17/20, expecting some delays due to covid-19. It shipped 5/28/20 and said it'd be delivered on the 9th of June. It is now the 12th and when I checked tracking, there isn't even an expected delivery date. They also cancelled a candle saying it was out of stock, but is in stock online.. I thought I was being impatient or something, but given their recent reviews, my huntch was correct. Disappointing, but I won't be ordering online from them anymore.

I ordered 5/16 and they charged my credit card on 5/16. Recieved email for expected delivery date of 5/29-6/9. On 6/1, received email that "pre-shipment info sent to (my local) post office and that they were awaiting item. No further updates. Today is 6/10. Can't get anyone to live chat or answer phone. Canceled my credit card charge and will refuse shipment if/when it arrives. Have ordered from FREDRICKSBURG FARMS 2x since 5/16 and received both shipments within 5 days. They don't have as much selection but their products are Great. Order from FREDRICKSBURG FARMS and you'll get your order guaranteed!!!!!

Same story as others. I ordered a gift card on may 22 for my moms birthday on june 2. The gift card didnt ship till june 6 and the expected delivery date is june 13. Terrible, no excuse for a gift card to be this late.

I ordered my bath and body on 5/22/2020. I received the order on 6/9/2020. 18 days later. This was b/day present for my daughter, which was on 6/7. The mist I ordered came in without a cap, and not able to use. I am totally upset with the way this was handled,shipped, and packed for delivery.
