Very disappointed!!! Placed an order online 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it? Why did I pay shipping and handling and have had to wait 3 weeks and still haven't gotten it? Will return to the store once I do receive it. Ordered on Yankeecandle.com and got it in less than a week. What did I pay shipping and handling for?? Very disappointed!!!!

I received a coupon in the mail today for $10 off $40 in store only. I went to the Alabaster Alabama location and was attempting to make a purchase of about $70 using the coupon. The cashier looked at the coupon and said "I haven't seen this coupon before. I replied that it has just come in the mail today. She then said "I don't think that you can use it." WHAT??? She then went to talk to a manager and came back and said "This coupon is for regular priced items only, no sale items" WHAT?? I left my items at the counter and stepped outside the store and called corporate where I was told that this was a lie and that the coupon could be used on anything in the store. The Rep asked for the store number and the manager. She put me on hold and called the store manager while I was standing there. The manager did not even apologize for the lie. She just mumbled something to the cashier and walked away. The cashier apologized and helped me complete the transition. I was highly upset. I do not feel like a valued customer. I've been a loyal customer since 1990. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I got a coupon in the mail but its only available in stores but there is always a long line to get in why do they send only in store coupons you think they want to restrict the amount of people the girl over the phone said she can't help i really like their lotion but may consider buying lotion else where

Worst experience ever!!! I rarely shop at Bath and Body Works. Even though I do like their products. Last year I buy some body scrub with lotion and fell in love from the store. Later I ran out. They didn't have it online due to high demand. The store is closed due to the pandemic. On May 2nd, I go online and I ordered 50.00 worth. Since then, I tracked my order but it was always in transit. Thought okay....due to the Covid virus. That is probably why it hadn't been shipped yet. It said it would arrive by May 25th. I will wait and be patient. Never came in . I called on the June 16th. He says an item was damaged. I said why didn't anyone contact me? He apologized. Couldn't explain. He said he would re-order products and send. I gave him tracking # and order #. Later my notices showed one item. Then today I got a text notice, they said they delivered it. I didn't receive anything or my neighbors or my mailbox or my apartment office. So yeah I am really PISSED OFF! I don't get mad that often! lol I get a hold of a Ade, from customer service. Told her everything and she thinks I already got 2 items and need to re-order one. I said you know what? lol Cancel my order and reimburse me and since the mall is reopened I will go to the actual store. So it will take 3 to 5 business days for it to get to my bank. I am not confident, that will happen either! Does someone for this company actually read these reviews? I highly doubt it. I will never order from this company again online. As far as I am concerned they need to mail me my order, free of cost. Poor management. Someone in charge should call me asap! Tonya Willett

Tried to cancel order within 10 minutes of placing it and was denied. Was told I would have to "refuse" package. Now I'm trying to get a hold of the shipper hoping to stop wasting their time and mine by sending a package I will refuse. FYI.......3 days from the time I tried to cancel the order to the time I received the notification is has been shipped. I am sure at some point in those 72 hours this order could have been cancelled.

I would score less than a 1 if that were possible as I never did receive my order and customer service didn't seem to know where it was or how to begin tracking as there bath and body works tracking only tracked to the Canadian border. Poor delivery service even worse customer service..don't order online! My problem still is not resolved, a month later

BBW used to be a great company. Not anymore. I placed an online order containing an asked for gift. Bath and Body used the shipper Newgistics. Well, a month passed and I still had not received my order. I had contacted BBW the previous week and told I just had to wait. Tracking for the order had stopped at a facility, that was less than an hour away from final destination, 3 weeks ago. When I called them after the month mark I was told part of my order was no longer available, to be reshipped. Naturally it was the gift portion. I can no longer support a company that treats its customers this way. By the way, BBW still is using Newgistics even after others, like me, have complained.Update...my order still has not arrived and I never did receive a refund or replacement on one of the items from BBW.

I ordered on 6/6/2020 and today 6/22/2020 I have not received anything yet. I wished I see this website before I place the order. My order arrived in the next city (less than 3 mile from where I live) and UPS hold it in the last 5 days. I checked website and called UPS and so far got the same answer...."please, check website for more information"......
