I brought a new fragrance the strawberry pound cake it has broke me out all over my body. Had to go to the doctor 2 times. My lower leg my skin came off. First time this every happen with their products.

I really Love the candles here. BUT, there customer service is Horrible. The place has gone down hill BIG TIME! Everything is so overpriced, & when they have a sale, nothing is really discounted. It's just a price they give for a bundle of items. There candles are not smelling the same, anymore. They give you excuses on Instagram about why they are not giving discounts & why the Semi-Annual sale is soo Great. IT'S NOT!

I am in shock that B&BW has raised their prices on Plugin refills. It use to cost about $2.50 for one plugin refill, it now cost $7.00 a piece but they have a sale 5 for $24, which makes one plugin refill $4.80, that is an insane price. I pulled out 20 wall plugins in my house and through them in a basket. I refuse to pay $4.80 for a plugin refill which doesn't even last a month. B&BW is insane.

I ordered four products and was charged $20 for shipping. That's pretty bad but I was buying hand sanitizer so I was willing. They shipped it out to me, and then emailed to say that I was only to receive one out of four because the rest were out of stock. Too late to cancel since they were already shipped. So twenty dollars for an eight dollar purchase. A little common sense to contact me regarding the order - too much to ask? I won't ever order from them again.

Worse experience ever ordered 67.00 worth lotions and room deodorant at the beginning of June (1st week) still don't have product and after seeing this problem was occurring with this company all the way back 4-5 years earlier BEFORE COVID-19 I'm reporting them to the Department of Justice both locally and nationally. BBB don't do anything but rate them Department of Justice will go after them for bad business practices and scamming etc...

The worst experience ever! I will never patronize your store or website again. Made an order on 6/12. Never received called customer service multiple times. Was offered a replacement order but 2 items are no longer in stock (all candles) 5 candles were processed for re ship. Initiated a refund for 2 out of stock candles and credited for shipping. Was promised sale price for the 2 candles that were out of stock 14.50 with free shipping. Call this morning to replace 2 candles that were out of stock at promised sale price and free shipping. I verified my amount charged to my cc as 38.00 and was charged 71.28. Really. One problem after another. Im currently on hold with my bank and requesting a charge back from all my current orders first one for 110.70 and new 71.28. So for 181.00 I have received nothing. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! NEVER AGAIN. Screw this company. Making it hard on customers already in these trying times. All for candles. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Buyer beware!! Do not order online until you can make sure they don’t use Newgistics as the shipper. The shipping company they use is horrible. The tracking is inaccurate and your package will arrive a month or two later in a damaged or open box. Luckily my packages didn’t have any missing items which I was surprised because the box arrived damaged and open. Advice ,if you do order online be patient it will take a while. The package will fall of the tracking radar for several days and pop up at your front door. (months later). I just got my package for my Mother’s Day tote 2 days ago.
