I was so disappointed with my latest shopping experience at the Bath and Body Works store. I was sadly surprised at how controlled the shoppers were by the employees. I've never experienced anything like this and I will not be shopping there or anywhere if this is the new way of shopping. Upon entering the store (and I could only enter with a mask) I was pointed in only one direction, there I had to spray my hands and pick up a paper bag the size of my shopping. Then I had to follow the blue lines for shopping and checking out. After paying, which now I'm told there's a shortage of change, but that's not true it's because no one wants to touch the money, I had to again follow the blue lines that directed me out of the store. It was the worst shopping experience I have ever had and I will not be shopping in the store again.

IF YOUR ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED BY NEWGISTICS CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. Most people who have not been getting there items is because it's being shipped my the scam artist company newgistics. Fedex and USPS I have never had problems with. I ordered a candel and never got it. Someone needs to sue that company. BBW needs to somehow find a way to not use that company. They need to stick with Fedex and USPS.

Visited local store shortly after store reopened and saw multiple people opens bottles and sniffing product and putting it back on the shelf, so gross. No signs up telling people not to open bottles or candles. There were spray samples around with cards people could spray but I think I was the only one using them. I mentioned to one of the sales people what I was witnessing and her reply was "yes it is a problem". A few signs and staff reminding people to not open bottles would help. This was all very troubling to me.

My package has now been resent three times and still hasn’t arrived. It’s been 7 weeks since my original order date! This is ridiculous. Don’t ever buy things from them online if you actually want your stuff

Yesterday I went here. Overall a horrible store. No workers were wearing masks. However, one employee kept coughing in my face and breathing loudly in my ear while I was browsing hand sanitizers. That’s not the most horrifying part. I caught the manager SPITTING in the products. What the hell???? I was absolutely SHOCKED by my sightings. This store must be shut down.

Price increases are too dramatic! I understand COVID-19 has impacted sales in all business but B&B prices were increasing greatly before the pandemic. Most business are now offering LOWER prices to motivate buying. B&B has done away with coupons and specials such as "buy 3 get 3" or "buy 2 get 2" Aromatherapy". The Semi-annual sale used to have special sales days, "body cream $5 each", "lotion & body wash $4 each", "wallflower refill 2-pack $5 each" and 75% off discontinued items. It is almost $8 for 1 oz. hand cream, first sold under $4 each. I can purchase an 8 oz. body cream (thicker than hand cream) at $4.80 each (buy 3, get 2 free). I counted 15 stores within a 60 mile radius from my home. I'd rather drive an extra 5 miles than pay the large & continuing price increases. Most stores with cosmetic products are now selling quality bath products and their prices are quickly becoming the “better buy”.
