I have always loved Bath & Body Works and I am not one to write reviews, but someone in charge really needs to address their online service. I have ordered twice. Both times terrible. Never again. This time over 20 days. No order. Called customer service. Cant track order. Sent replacement, only to cancel most of it the next day. Ridiculous. Dont offer it, if not available.

horrible customer service. I placed an order and didn't receive an item, after calling in order to replace the item i have to pay for the shipping and then wait for 10 days to get reimbursed. just ridiculous that they just cant send me the item. I've been a long time customer and they just lost me.

i put 1 star bc sum bih from pg told me to get 2 more perfume for 1 free and the one perfume i got at first , i was looking for price and i couldn’t even find like literally the price was at the bottom . who tf puts the price at the bottom ( payed 30 dollars for a perfume and hand soap , literally ) .. oh and for the 3 perfumes and 1 HAND SOAP WAS 43 dollars . y’all be asking for too much money for just 2 things .

My package arrived with the shipping box falling apart and leaking from the products inside. There was NO wrapping, bubble wrap, nothing. The large order looked like it was dropped into the thin cardoard box, taped and shipped. DISGUSTING...no more shopping online.

My order placed 7/10,went to someone else, who signed for it, in another state.Called CS,can't get half the items I ordered now.Said I would be refunded for items I don't get. We will see. I am furious. My order is all messed up and someone recieved my original order for free and they don't even offer anything special to make up for all the grief. Never again.I wished I could have canciled the whole thing and recieved a refund.

I had the worst experience ever Bath & Body works online shopping. I didn't get my package, had to call customer services several times and ended up not getting the items I ordered at first place. My advice: Do Not shop online!

Never got my products, and as a fan of Bath and Body Works for decades, I am truly disappointed! After two weeks, a representative told me my items seem to be "lost in translation" what? They also said I could re-order but would not be able to get me the original scents, of soaps and body washes I wanted. The kicker, I may not get it for another two weeks. I will no longer order Batha and Body Works online or in-store and neither will my family and friends. I am so disappointed, Bath and Body Works has dropped the ball, especially in a pandemic of Coronavirus, when we all trying to practice social distancing to stop the spread of this virus.

I made a order with bath and body online and two days later I get a email saying my order was canceled. I'm very disappointed because why would you put items available to purchase and I place them in the cart and when I complete the order two days later I get an email saying my items are canceled. The reason I gave it a one star is because I only got one item shipped that I ordered. Bath and body need to do better.
