Very disappointed with my experience at the International Mall store today! I returned two items, turned out one $7.50 mini lotion was not on my receipt. I was told I could exchange this item only. Which I was happy to does so. When I arrived at the counter I was told I could only get another mini item??? What?!?! I thought "Return anything, anytime for any reason. 100% Guaranteed." So your store now dictates what I can exchange this $7.50 item for, and yes it was unused...I have literally shopped here for years and NEVER had this problem. So was the staff wrong in the PAST for allowing me to exchange an item without a receipt for whatever OR was the staff wrong today??? And no this is not a habit, but it has happened before. And yes I spoke with the manager. Very very very disappointed. Very simple transaction and Bath and Body blew it over $7.50. 😠

I made a very large order recently. I got updates on delivery. Was supposed to get next day when it was shipped back to warehouse for some unknown reason. I called customer service and was told I was to get my shipment the next day. 5 days later no package. I called again and was informed my order had not been reshipped and only part of my order was in stock. Reshipped but still no show after 10 days. I'm now 5 weeks into this. I called again. Was given a replacement shipment again. Finally got a shipment with half my order and a reshipment of the same I had already received. Was charged twice for this. I have always loved bbw. But 6 weeks for an order with no offer to knock off shipping after all this was too much. Would not recommend to anyone

With this pandemic the Avenues Mall it’s nothing more than a ghost town. Quiet and empty lacking low of inventory with lots of empty space. Although there are lines to get into some stores with the managers allowing only six people in at a time. A little extreme for an empty store. There was no line at Bath and Body Works today Aug 13th. There were more employees than customers. Associates walking around dumb founded and lost. Pretending to straighten or clean. Some just standing around observing people. They used to welcome you and ask if you need any assistance. I stood behind two associates waiting just to get a carry bag. They were too busy talking with each other to pay any attention. And they just pointed where they were. I just went in for a couple of refill plug-ins. Was very difficult to pick out and decide when there are no candles or fragrances available to smell. I tried to ask an associate but the only response I got was they must of been sold. Not very helpful. I wouldn’t imagine this facility being blamed on the incompetence of the employees. It takes a leader or manager to direct them on their job and fulfilling their obligations are duties. And there was absolutely none here.

Absolutely terrible shipping company (LaserShip). The tracking info said they were unable to deliver my package but I was home the whole time and saw no one in my development. My neighbor ordered after me and got her package no problems a couple days later. Now LaserShip is not answering my emails and I sit on hold forever with no help. My account has been charged and I have no package and no answers. I am so upset as I have ordered from Bath and Body for years now.

It would seem that during these times of not being able to go to the store our coupons would work online especially when they say they are good online and in stores. B&BW make it impossible to log in the coupon with extremely long numbers. So went to the chat line to complain. But since I don't keep an account for credit card privacy reasons, I guess I was just cut off. I spend a large amount of money with this company every year. I believe I'm going to have to find a new favorite store. Online services are ridiculous.

Took double the amount of time to deliver than was quoted. A few items missing - there was no note in the package to advise that they were short on stock. Now chasing a refund which they keep promising and haven’t done! It’s ridiculous to have to chase my money back for items they didn’t have in stock!

Ordered some lotions it took over two weeks and numerous enquires for them to tell me my order was lost and there is nothing they can do.

Worst online customer service I’ve ever experienced. I honestly will never shop with them again. Rude, not willing to help me with return issue, got hung up on multiple times and each person I spoke with had a different return policy. Spent too much of my time and money.
