Bath & Body WorksReviews of bathandbodyworks.com

Great customer service.

I recently bought a new fragrance body cream that I absolutely love!! I bought the ivory cashmere. It reminds me of being wrapped up in my warm blanket nestled up on the couch with the blazing fireplace going☕.

Bath and Body Works Online shopping is the best! I get emails alerting me to all the upcoming specials. Their website is easy to use. I had 1 small item missing from a shipment and when I contacted C.S. they sent it out right away. Pricing is always good with the specials. The stores are great but online is the best for me!

Always a hassle free experience! Excellent customer service! There is always someone right at the front to greet you and there is no questions asked when you have a legitimate return or exchange. The people here are so friendly and the quality of products is outstanding! Definitely one of my favorite stores to shop at.

I just received my package today, I noticed the package smelled like one of my scents I ordered it leaked in the box and it damaged one of my sprays but not too bad. I called and and asked for another one and they kindly replaced it with a new fragrance that I ordered before! The lady was very kind and polite thank you B&Bw! Great service 👍🏻👍🏻 Don’t know exactly what happened in the shipping department but thankful bath and body works replaced it for me!
