Dont order online. They never apply your coupons and then you have to waste time contacting them to get rhe credit. Also the cubicle chat reps are nasty to you. Make you feel like YOU did something wrong. You get SOME of what you ordered but they replace things with stuff you did not order. Unorganzied online ordering altogether. Go into the store. In this case, online ordering may be convenient but you cannot be guaranteed it will be correct.

I’m not surprised to see bath and body works struggling and closing stores. The quality of their products is CRAP. I used to love shopping at BBW, it was a fun way to treat myself but lately their products have just gone downhill. The smell payoff is weak I can get a better body spray at Walmart for 2.88. I see the prices going up every time I stop by but with that the quality has dropped. Makes no sense. Where is the money going, sure isn’t going to quality products OR innovative packaging. It’s basic overpriced body products. My last order... I regret, I can’t believe I still paid the $6 shipping for my package to come in 5-10 days, what a joke. I spend $70 bucks on overpriced body care and still need to pay shipping, this has stopped me from buying on more occasions then once. Get with it. You think amazon is charging 6 bucks to bring you an order...nope, they also come in 1-2 days so why am I wasting my time with BBW. They can’t even come up with less excessive packaging to help our environment.

I ordered on line 3 different body mists. They were awful! Jasmine smelled like mothballs, Japanese cherry blossom smelled like alcohol and leaves behind red residue. I am done with BBW. Overpriced, poor quality.

The prices are way too high and they changed to poorer quality. They have done this many times. Price goes up quality goes down and this is most likely the ceo’s fault they think customers don’t notice but they do

I bought two types of items and got 6 to get one free for each type of item because that is what is posted on your site. Get 3 and 1 is free. Your promotion is not clear and instead of getting one free for each type of item, what you gave is the cheapest that came out I spent more instead saving.

Bad experienced., me and my friends ordered, however our excitement turns into headaches. Their statement for their promotions are not clear and visible enough for the customers to understand. Long story short. We want refund. And we will no longer order here anymore.

I spent $85 for six candles which included shipping and tax. While adding items, the order form showed my purchase qualified for free gifts. Nothing FREE was included in the order. Also, two of the candles were not their brand, instead an unknown company name. I've sent two emails to customer service and have not received a response. I see there have been numerous complaints filed with the BBB. I will never order from them again. False advertising.

Unhelpful costumer service. They don't understand where we are coming from. The deal on the candles said buy 2 take 1. When the candles were on the cart it showed 1 candle was free and for the wAllflower refill it showed 1 wallflower refill was free. I even showed it to my housemates. We are 5 people at home ordering for those stuffs and why we did not see the terms about the cheaper items were free, what a shame. It was because the policy's font size is so small you can not even see it and it was in the middle of the paragraph. They made it very small so people can hardly notice it. That was their strategy. We're asking for refund and costumer service didn't help. It's unfair. In australia we can easily return the items if we don't like it, except for the useless bath and body works. I thought we can get the buy 2 take 1 that's why we ordered those expensive candles. This is not good. Please make the policy bigger next time, don't trick people.
