Placed an order online . It was Birthday gift card I tried to order in week in advance. Received confirmation email. Two days latter received another email, informing me about cancelation of my order due to “suspicious activity “. Called CS, they said it was system malfunction and it fixed know, but advised not to place a new order. Guy on the phone for over 45min unsuccessfully tried to fix the problem. I placed another, that was asserted. Received another email Informing me Anait delay of delivery. It took them four days to process and ship. According to tracking records, it will be delivered Four days after the birthday it was first and last time I bought something from B & B works online.

Placed an order on 10/2/20, order confirmed then shipped within a few days. Still no order as of 10/27... contact B&BW to find out what was going on. They say UPS said it was undeliverable...hmmm...UPS delivers to my home quite frequently. Then I get told B&BW will resend my order. I ask for expedited shipping at their cost. Oh we don’t offer that but I can send you a coupon...Seriously? Why do I have to pay for shipping again and wait until who knows. First and last time ordering online. I usually go to the store but I refuse to stand in line to get into the store. I guess the female gift recipients in my family this year aren’t getting B&BW.

I have been ordering from them online for the past few months and my most recent online order with be the last!! EVERY TIME I placed an order, all items are in stock and my card gets charged. However, because they take sooooo long to process the orders, items are all of a sudden out of stock which means I have to place another order and pay again for shipping. Their shipping fee is not cheap when you already spend so much on their items!! I had to reach out to customer service each time I placed an order and they always refunded me the shipping fee for an order I had to place due to items being out of stock which is funny because when I ordered them again, they were in stock. My most recent order was a complete disaster! I received an email a few days ago saying “We didn’t ship your order when expected but we do try to ship it by 10/30/2020. Look out for update emails and if we can’t fulfill your order by 11/22/2020, we will cancel it”. WHAT? That email basically told me I might have to wait a whole month to see if I am going to get my items that I ordered on 10/15/2020 sometime in December or not. Well, today they just shipped 2 out of the 4 ordered items and guess what? The 2 apparently out of stock items are now available online. Weird .. This will be the last time ordering online for me! Moving forward I will mask up and go to the store myself! They truly need to work on their online order process. You can not tell me that it takes weeks for you to get an item when Walmart ships it out one hour after they receive an order and it gets delivered 24-48 hours after placing an order! Maybe they need to get with them and see how they do it because their process is truly frustrating!!!

What is up with the White Barn 3 wick candles from Bath and Body? As soon as you light them up they spit and sputter leaving black soot around the surroundings not to mention I dont think that's safe?!

I purchased 8 of the wallflower plug ins and that was a BIG mistake. These things are crap. Almost impossible to fit the refill into the plug and then plug it into the socket without the refill falling out. This happens 4-5 times before you actually get the thing into the socket. Once you do, you realized it was a big waste of your time since, after 5 minutes, there is absolutely NO scent emanating from it. The product is straight up garbage.

I made a purchase of some body washes, lotions, and pillow spray. The package came and the pillow spray was cracked and leaked all over. i was able to salvage the body washes. How ever the writing on the lotion tube wiped off when i tried to clean off the spray that was on it. I have contacted BBW three times over last three days, only to be told they cannot access any orders as their system is down. I do not believe this is true for three complete days. I offered to email my order confirmation and was told they cannot access emails either. I have worked in Customer Service and there is no way they could not access the orders or emails. I feel like I was completely treated as if I did not matter. They got their money and to bad for me that I didn't get usable products. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from their online store. I have no idea how they are in their brick and mortar. But the way i was treated was awful! I believe I was lied to as there is no way they cannot access orders or emails for 3 straight days.

I ordered 2 simple things and whoever shipped my stuff should learn how to read and double check before making the biggest mistake ever. My “stuff” delivered to me that’s supposed to be another person’s items in ARKANSAS! I live in MISSOURI! Box says my address for the shipping but inside the box with the order on the paper has the other person’s address. There’s no other way to mess this up other than simply not reading and double checking making sure online customers has the right items. It Makes me feel like whoever did this probably doesn’t care about working there. And Whoever in Arkansas has my address can take a nice long trip to my state and pull up to my house.

Will never buy bath and body works again, they talk about racial injustice but not justice for all, more whites have been killed by police than any other races combined, let the police do their jobs for one and for the ones using their position against any and all races should be punished, if BBW cant be for all people then i will shop elsewhere
