This is actually a complaint.. I'm not wasting my time talking to someone over the phone when they can't do anything about my order. I will get ahold of someone higher up to fix this. We spent over $100 and did not receive our order. They offer a free delivery for our next order but guess what.. EVERYTHING is out of stock. There will be more incentives, than my DELIVERY FEE. I will be getting in touch soon. thanks

Total joke. Place order online and paid for 2 day shipping. Placed order 11/2 and paid to have it on 11/5 bridesmaids gifts. Today 11/6 no order tracking sucks and don’t tell you anything. Called customer service they said I’ll have it on 11/9. They will refund shipping cost but won’t allow to cancel order or get refund. Have to wait to get it on 11/9 then waste time and ship back to them and then wait 7-10days to maybe get refunded. Total joke and messed up my wedding rehearsal

I asked a question about their mailers because I haven't been receiving them. I used to get them all the time and I know other people who have gotten one recently in the mail. Instead of asking for my info to see if I'm still on the list or putting me back on the list, Holly was short with me and offered no help saying there's no guarantee to get mailers and it's not intended as a loyalty program.

Love the products , hate their shipping method . The driver delivered my package to the wrong door , and now I don’t even know where it is or if the person will even be honest enough to return it . wth? And all they could give me is wait a few days before I can do anything . I can SEE that they did not deliver it to the right door and you really think they will get it back ? Or remember where they left it if they were so careless the first time ? A big company as such should just use usps . They are far more reliable . if customers are using their hard earned money it’s totally irresponsible to use the worst shipping company in the world ( Lasership ) to ship people stuff . Taking advantage of people hard earned money .

I am very unhappy with the service I received from Bath and Body Works. I would not even give any star, but in order to leave comments it must be rated with at least one. I placed an order on 9/27/20 and kept receiving shipping notifications that it was processed and would be delivered. I called today to check the status only to be told that it was out of stock and they would just send a refund. I think that the lack of communication and transparency around orders is lackluster. It’s unfortunate that I will most likely not be placing anymore orders online.

Will never shop here again. HORRIBLE online service and the latest company to adopt “woke” policies. Get woke and go broke! I’ll never shop with this company again!

They canceled half my order which doubles the cost per item to ship it taking away a decent deal. Then their customer service has a completely terrible who gives a crap attitude. This is my last order ever for this company.

They advertise for buy one get one free candles, but don't necessarily have them in stock. Twice I have ordered items and they cancel them because they are back order at the warehouse they are shipping from. So they make you order something and you think you are getting a great deal only to find out your "free item" is cancelled. It's incredibly stupid as if you knew your item wasn't available, you would've picked something else. They won't let you replace the item that was cancelled for something else. What kind of a customer service is that? I had to go numerous times on the live chat to get refunded for the shipping costs as it is absolutely ridiculous to pay 10$ us of shipping fees for only one item when your other items were cancelled. This happened to me twice. Not going to shop on their website anymore.
