Bath & Body WorksReviews of bathandbodyworks.com

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM BATH AND BODY WORKS ONLINE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF, OVERCHARGED, AND MANIPULATED. THEY DON’T SEND YOU IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION EMAILS LETTING YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOU’VE BEEN CHARGED OR FOR WHAT. OFTEN TIMES ITEMS AREN’T AVAILABLE AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU’RE PAYING FOR DUE TO NO CONFIRMATION EMAILS. NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. THEIR 3 WICK CANDLES ARE $24.50USD WHICH MEANS THAT YOU’RE PAYING ALMOST $100 IF YOU ORDER 2 CANDLES FROM CANADA! ITS RIDICULOUS. I WISH I NEVER ORDERED FROM HERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY’RE TALKING ABOUT.

Why it should take nearly a month to ship one candle in the year 2020 is absolutely ridiculous. Even more disappointing is they make you pay $5.99 to have the items delivered via Snail Mail. That's NOT okay! Let me ask you something "Bath and Body Works", how is it possible that I can place an order from an independent Etsy seller and receive it in two days without paying any shipping fees??? Meanwhile, the big corporation with tons of resources, can't figure out how to get my order processed and delivered without a charge and major delay. Super frustrating. **Update: As of today 12/3, I still haven't received my order! It was originally placed it on 11/14.

On May 9, 2020 my daughter sent a gift card for $50.00 to my wife for a mother day. My wife ordered some product and pay $12.00 for shipping but never received the products. We follow the tracking number and the information say the packaged had a damage and was returned to the vendor. After this we call the company more than 20 time and each customer service operator said the same. WE ARE GOING TO RETURN THE MONEY THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE BETWEEN THREE OR FIVE BUSSINESS DAY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL IN 24 HRS WITH CONFIRMATION NUMBER. When I ask to the operator the ID identification or number of the return, each one say the same, we can tell you only the first name. BATH & BODY WORKS SHAMELESSLY ROBS HIS CUSTOMERS. THIS COMPANY HAS A PERFECT FRAUD SCHEME.

I recommend not purchasing online because many people claim their product came damaged, which happened to me!! I ordered some body mists and when I received them today there was a stain on around the box meaning the liquid spilled. The body mist wasn’t filled to the top either so I’m not going crazy lol. What’s worse is the handle doesn’t work (doesn’t spray at all). They need better packaging/protection because all they do is throw in the bubble wrap and perfume all done. Not ordering online again.

I ordered products online, and was informed that my order was canceled. When I called I was told the package was damaged, but I would be refunded. I was refunded all but $6.35, which I've been told twice is the shipping fee. I called customer service twice, and chatted once and still haven't been refunded this small amount. Each time I contact the company I get the same answers, that it will be refunded in 3-5 business days. It has been almost 2 months now.

If you plan to order anything from them online for the holidays forget it!! I placed an order on the 7th and it is now the 17th and tracking shows it came to my state and even my city a few days after I placed the order but now it’s going through NJ and Maryland?! Why on earth?? What a freaking joke! Never will I try to order online again.

Horrible customer service!! I was just on a live chat trying to find out why my order was missing an item while I was typing my question she just types call customer service and disconnects me! I had spoke earlier to customer service and he assured me it was corrected but when I checked my order several hours later it was still incorrect and I wanted her to help me find out how to fix it. Agent Savanna you should be fired! The worse company ever.

I'm SOOO happy to see I am not the only person who has had a terrible experience with the shipping. I ordered some products at the end of October. Still have noy received them. They've been in the same place since Nov. 4th. They are sending me a replacement, which the lady said would be here no longer than Tuesday. Well, guess what?!.. now it has changed to Friday....
