Ordered plug in fragrance and plugs and three-wick candles. The deal was buy three get three free. I ordered three of each and they cancelled the candles for no reason. I tried to call customer service and it basically said that their call volume is high and they can't take my call and disconnected the call. They just didn't want to sale $150 worth of candles for $75. It can't be an inventory issue because any company worth a darn can easily manage their inventory numbers with today's technology. As with almost every business in America (other than a couple that remain like Amazon and Apple) their customer service sucks! Well, my customer manners suck as well and I will be the rudest and most ruthless customer you will ever meet!

Went to bath and body on Biscayne Blvd at Adventura Mall. The cashier Jessica waited on me and at the same time was on her phone doing instagram stuff. I think that was so rude especially during Black Friday.

I guess I should’ve looked at the reviews before I ordered worst experience ever I still have not received my items even though I was told they were coming days ago I called the customer service line and sent them my phone number for them to call me back and never received a call back I’m now actually no longer in the city that my order is going to and I want my money back never order from them on mine and to be honest this makes me not want to do business with them at all

Waiting 3 weeks now for order. Tracking shows delivered to local USPS;local USPS says it has not shown up, and there are a lot of problems with Bath and Body Works and Victoria's Secret shipments. Local USPS says it fields at least 25 calls daily regarding the shipments from these 2 companies. My local USPS is Nixa, MO.

Sooo I’m located in Tx and right before I make my purchase all my items go back to full prices! Which is ridiculous! I didn’t even get the chance to continue my purchase because sale ended at 12 but it’s 11! FYI bath and body works if you have sales consider everyone! And where they are located!

Absolutely horrible customer service! I ordered on a day that a free gift was being offered if you spent $30.00 or more. I entered the code, saw "you got it" directly under the promo box but I did NOT receive the promo gift, it was a limited Christmas box. When my order confirmation was sent there was no mention of the gift so I sent an email to Customer Service inquiring about it, NO RESPONSE. When I received an email stating my order had shipped there was no mention of the free gift so once again I emailed Customer Service, NO RESPONSE. I waited a couple of days and emailed a third time asking why I wasn't receiving any answers and you guessed it NO RESPONSE! I hope these reviews are monitored by Senior Administration so they can see what their Customer Service Management Team is failing at. Also, opened an online chat and was hung up on as I was typing. Don't order online!

I too place the order on the 7th! I won't be getting it until the 27th! And that's just is a estimated day! And covid-19 has, nothing to do with the shipping process horrible! I'll never order online from them again!

Never received my order or any shipping updates. It’s been over 3 weeks.
