I been shopping at BBW for almost 10 years now. I decided to shop at the Arlington Highlands store since the area is nice and I just enjoy the scenery. I’ve visited the store lots of times and I’m always indecisive and this young beautiful young lady name Cabrini ask me if I needed help now remind you others had seen me and never ask to help me they just stood there looking at their phone texting & seemed like they didn’t want to do the job they’re paid to do! Very unprofessional which had me a bit irritated. Cabrini was so pleasant & reassured me that I’d find exactly what I needed she was so knowledgeable and knew her stuff she explained in detail of each product in/out. When I tell you Cabrini was thorough I mean she didn’t skip a beat. Her voice was pleasant and she kept a smile on her face the whole time. Now that was great customer service and I mentioned to her how awesome she is & as a customer we look for that. We know their jobs can be tough and challenging from day to day. Cabrini mentioned she loves what she do and to help her customer’s and her name represents BBW That says a lot about her character, dedication & loyalty she has for BBW. You cannot ask for nothing & I want to say THANK YOU CABRINI for all that you do and your hard work is not going unnoticed to your customers. We see you and wish their were more like you in the industry. You are dedicated to BBW and they need to recognize what they have in YOU instead of overlooking you for the ones that’s only there to collect a paycheck. You’re passionate, kind, courteous & knowledgeable of all the products In there and hard working. I was very pleased with you and I will refer all my friends, coworkers & family members to visit you at your store I know they’ll receive exceptional customer service. I have never once had bad customer service through bath and body works. I now order everything online due to not having to deal with big crowds and there were a couple times where something needed to be corrected or change with my order and the customer service rep on the phone did not hesitate and helped me right away. In fact they went above and beyond every time. Bath & body works is my new favorite fragrance store 😊

i recently started shopping at Bath and Body Works and I've become a regular shopper, I first went to the one in Yonkers NY and the service was EXCELLENT. I then went to the one in Baychester Plaza which is closer to where I live, and I've been shopping there ever since. From the moment you step in the store, to shopping, to exiting, it was a great experience. The workers are VERY courteous, attentive, helpful and pleasant. I especially remembered Tia and Mattie, they really made the shopping experience a GREAT one. They even remembered me from previous visits. I am very IMPRESSED and they are representing Bath and Body Works well, I always look forward to going there to shop.

She handled my query efficiently and was so kind and funny. Thank you for your excellent service. To comment on the actual web platform I have never had any issues with rewards, promos, or shipping.

I ordered a few things for my birthday back in September.. it said it was delivered on my birthday but it wasn’t. I called customer service and they gave me the run around. I decided to try messaging their fb page and got everything handled right away. They sent out a replacement order and it arrived in just a few days. If you need to get a hold of someone at bath and body works try their FB page it’s faster than calling their customer service number.

I ordered a few products on Amazon and didn't care for the smell. BBW was able to do a few exchanges with no issues. I'm addicted to BBW. No matter what state I go into the staff is always friendly. I did have 3 encounters with 3 different employees but it was handled very quickly and professionally with the supervisor.
