Worst experience ever I placed an order for my wife and two bottle came broken plus according to the promotion that I received one of the item in will be free and I was charge they didn't care about packaging correctly very disappointed Christmas gift that we can not give away .

Horrible experience. Am STILL waiting two weeks for an order I placed online before Thanksgiving. RIDICULOUS. Do they ship it via sailboat?

I've been on the phone for 1 hour & 40 min trying to get my damaged items they shipped me replaced, (all while juggling my 3 children) and the Supervisor "Nakita or Lakita" purposely hung up on me! I will be spreading the word about this insanly terrible customer service. I am so disgusted. This is appalling. It was bad enough such an issue couldn't be easily resolved on-line, the exchange process sent me to Live Chat and then "Kelci" on chat tells me their system is down & I have to call in. I spend almost two hours on the phone for them to tell me I have to pay an extra $10.74 because they already issued me a refund that could take 30days to recieve, when they should have just sent me my exchange items! So after waiting another 20 min for a Supervisor, she admits their mistake but still tells me I still have to pay for their mistake & when I call her out on this problem, & ask why can't she resolve this on her own, I just get hung up on! To make matters worse, I now see the refund they issued me is only $6.43 instead of the $69.43 so they still owe me $63!!! Omg I am so mad.

NEVER MAKING ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN. ORDERED ON CANDLE DAY AND MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED EARLY ON THAT DAY. FOUND OUT TWO DAYS LATER THAT HALF MY CANDLES WERE TAKEN OFF MY ORDER. SO DISORGANIZED AND UNFAIR. A SMALL 20 PERCENT DISCOUNT IS NOT GONNA MAKE UP FOR ALL THE MONEY I COULD HAVED SAVED WITH MY LARGE ORDER. THEY SHOULD ALLOW US TO STILL GET THE CANDLES. SO UNFAIR AND NEVER EVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN IF I CANT GET MY CANDLES BACK.

DEAR Bath and Body Works CEO (or whomever is in charge of their customer service), PLEASE get rid of your current customer service. They do not understand English at all. I explained what happened to my order like three times and the guy couldn't even understand nor speak English in an understandable way. I really don't mean to sound rude or anything (I'm hispanic myself and come from Spanish speaking parents) so I understand. But, a person who does not understand nor speak English really well shouldn't be working for customer service in the U.S.!!! It is very frustrating for both customer and representative!!! (common sense you'd think!) I am so angry. I've been on hold for more than 40 minutes trying to get my damaged products resolved. This is so frustrating!!! I think the rep got scared to talk and just put me on hold instead of resolving the issue. It's that bad smh

I ordered 4 candles online on 12/04 and opted for in-store pick up and received a confirmation email that "It's all confirmed". Called the store today (12/08) to check on the status and they tell me that they don't receive online orders. 5 minutes later I get an email saying that my order has been canceled because BBW doesn't have the stock. I ordered when it was in stock AND they told me it was all confirmed. I suggest everyone to switch to Yankee candles. Much better service, more affordable, will not cancel your order after telling you it's confirmed.

I went to the mall this morning to buy 5 and get 5 free, i purchase the item, but i think it is a BIG rip off, next time i will go to the dollar store, every day you people are having sale, and the sale is a HUGE sham.

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON THE 8TH SAYING ALL MY ITEMS WERE OUT OF STOCK! IF YOU CAN NOT HANDLE THE ONE DAY OUT OF THE YEAR CANDLE SALE THAT YOU PROMOTE, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE THE SALE. YOU NEED TO FIND A WAY TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR CUSTOMERS ORDER. I HAVE SPENT OVER $1000 WITH YOU SINCE AUG. 2020 THANKS TO COVID AND BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE FOVEVER AND A DAY AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN MY LIFE. WE DON'T WANT NO 20% OFF OR FREE SHIPPING. WE WANT OUR DAMN CANDLES THAT WE ORDER AND WAIT FOR ALL YEAR!!!! THEN I GO ON LINE AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW THE CANDLES THAT WERE CANCELLED HAPPEN TO BE IN STOCK BUT WHAT DO THEY SAY, THEY CANT SELL FOR $9.95. IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET CHRISTMAS GIFTS NEXT YEAR DO NOT GET THEM HERE AND DON'T WAIT ON THIS FRAUDULENT CANDLE SALE, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPOINTED. I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER CANDLE STORE I AM ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!
