When ordering on line you are paying USD, this includes the S&H. The lowest price is 5.99USD 3-8 business days. I have ordered several different time and the last few orders DO NOT COME IN THIS TIME FRAME! Takes weeks to get my orders they always blame volume. Have asked for refunds on the S&H as they could not honour there delivery time frame never receive or never hear from them. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL NOT GO TO THE STORES! I am only one person and don’t expect it to effect there bottom line, I just want to let others know what I have put up with

Horrible online sales practice. Go read the hundreds of Facebook reviews. I have been waiting 6 weeks for 12 wallflower refills I ordered. They were marked as shipped but never arrived at the facility. After leaving a Facebook reviews the proceeded to reship my order, minus the most important scent I was waiting for (for my teenage sons rooms... they smell!) Online still shows these scents available but they are telling me they are not available to ship. This is unacceptable for a company of their size! I've ordered things from china with more ease than this "reputable" company that I've shopped with for years!!!

Ordered 6 items for the black Friday 3 for 3 deal. Took items over a week to even ship once they did they never updated again. I contacted support on the day they were projected to arrive Dec 7th. The customer service actually told me “to me this order seems fine” WELL thats funny because it was supposed to be there that day and had not moved in transit since Dec 3rd??? I ended up having to call and chat 3 times to finally be told that my order was lost in transit and they cant send 2 of the items anymore. Not only that but I cant pick different scents because thats considered a new order and I will not get expedited shipping lol I feel like they do not care at all about how inconvenienced I was by this. I needed these items for a gift by Dec 16th. I was offered a 10$ off coupon by email that has never come and now it is Dec 12th and I have no items I needed and completely wasted my time. If I ever do shop here again it will be in store and NEVER online again. The customer service is so poor and so is everything about the online experience.

Incredibly disappointed with their "Candle day". I paid for what I ordered and 4 days later got an email saying they could not fill my order. I was a devoted customer until now. They have lost my business.

Like many others, I am still waiting for 11 items ordered online Nov 24. BBW continues to go downhill in every facet of retailing. I was a loyalist for many years, but inventory, pricing and now shipping has deteriorated to a point of ridiculous. Goodbye BBW, I am finished.

After a previous bad experience, I had to call and chat a few times, they finally gave me a 10% off coupon. Big deal... Then they told me that I would never be able to order online again. Very poor business practices!!! They make so much $ I guess that they don’t need anymore business, f’rs!!!!

I placed an order on November 26th. I received one item a week ago and waiting for the other 11 items. The website says to wait 4 days after your expected delivery (December 4th). I chatted with a customer rep today and she told me to wait until December 16th. If I don’t have it by then, contact them again. Even after I was worried about not getting it by then and then having to be re-sent, I will not get by Christmas. She just apologized, nothing she can do. They need to get customer training from Amazon or Walmart. I ordered it a month before Christmas. This is ridiculous. I will never order from them again. And they don’t have a certain amount for free shipping, so I paid $5.99 shipping for a month long wait. The same as when you buy something from China. I understand delayed delivery during the holidays, but tracking shows it’s been in Indiana since December 3rd. It’s now December 11th.

Ordered candles on sale. Order was altered after paying. Only got one candle out of 10. With shipping on one candle not a deal. Total rip off! Will shop other sites in future.
