Ordered on Dec 6th, got an email saying it shipped 2 days later but 2 weeks later tracking shows absolutely no movement. Called trying to get an update, customer service line hang up on me 5 times, now been on hold over an hour. I can't get anyone on the dang phone to help me. Online live chat cancels out after 2 minutes, no matter the 20 times I've tried to get someone online.

I order items on November 30th and a second order on December 3rd, my December 3rd order was double the size of my first order and arrived quickly. My second order is still floating around and stuck for days in Texas. I understand with the holiday and covid things will take longer thats why I ordered early (also because of the sales) I love the store walking around smelling all the wonderful smells. But the items I wanted where sold out in the store. So I decided to order on line. First and last time... its so frustrating 😫 waiting checking and getting different info daily bumping my delivery back...and trying to getting help with customer service is a whole another story.. Im concerned I will never get my second order and will be charged and will have to fight for a refund 😤.

I placed a large order online. With a promo Special Christmas package. When I ordered there were 45 left, confirmation email that my order had been received. Rec'd part of the order in 10 days, 1 candle broke to smithereens. Not receiving my special Christmas pkg after 20 days since ordered, I called customer service (spoke foreign) they ran out of my product and would not be shipping. No email stating this, nothing. If I hadn't called, I would have never known it was not coming or wouldn't have gotten a refund. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THEM AGAIN. EVER

i called 5 times and no answer any time and the one time i called the other day they answered after ringing for a minute straight and every question i had the employee didn’t have an answer to — indiana pa bath and body works has awful customer service

Ordered 3 candles with $5.99 shipping. Days later was sent email that 2 out of 3 of the candles were no longer available and the smallest $10 candle shipped ... with $5.99 shipping. Trying to contact the company is a waste of time. Chat either doesn't connect or disconnects once you tell them your issue. Email is not responded to. Calling is just as time consuming ... on hold for 20 minutes and counting. I am trying to ask for a shipping label to refund the candle with shipping included in the refund. Ridiculous. Would not have ordered a single $10 candle with half the price in shipping. Will never oder again.

I carefully picked out items I was buying as gifts, paid out, card approved but froze...no receipt. Checked with my bank charge is pending but sales person tells me it didn't go through. I had to purchase again was told charge would drop off well here we are a week later both charges posted and removed from my account and now have to wait another 7 to 10 business days to maybe have something fixed. WTH?! Cash only from now on!

I ordered my package on nov 27th tracking kept saying tracking delayed . I called and all she said was we’re going to have to give you a refund. Because the product you bought is no longer available!!!!! Horrible!!! Will never shop here again

Ordered on December 4th. My package has said processing since then, but they loved charging my card! Talked to customer service, all I got was “It will ship soon”
