This company has a problem with on time shipping. Third order placed that has taken an unusually long period of time to arrive. In fact the last order still has not come. It has been sitting in Grapevine TX for over 10 days. Last time ordering from here. (Oh, by the way one lip balm in a large box is ridiculous.)

Ordered 20 days ago. Never got my order. FINALLY got a hold of customer service tonight and they say the orders never been shipped, but I could get the order shipped to me quickly if I pay for expidited shipping!!!! I BOUGHT THIS 20 DAYS AGO! I asked to speak to a manager, CSR hung up on me.

Received broken candle today....orig ordered 6....said I could have 4....sent me three then the 4th came today crushed to pieces and the glass leaked everywhere- Drive way-thru the House, all over the table, etc. because it was all inside the outside box too! last year ordered 17 soaps, 6 were broke and I had to wash all the bottles. A Michelle was going to replace them but i never got them. I told her last year they needed a new packing system but they don’t listen. Oh well, burn me once shame on you....etc.

Two of my candles were broken. Cut myself on one of them. Called customer service and waited over an hour. Finally got someone and they were going to replace them. Fine I thought. Then after I got off the phone I got an email that order was canceled because those two candles were out of stock. Called back waited another hour. Thus person understand thing. Said she would credit my account and then told me I could order more. I just wanted replacements but she said they had to credit me then I could order. Of course at a higher price. I took the credit in my card and said forget it. These people are lost or just don’t know what to do. So frustrating. Two broken candles with very sharp glass that I need to figure out how to dispose so no one else gets hurt. I am about through with them.

I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and first my order was arriving the 14th which was over 2 weeks from order date then they said it'll come the 17th and now it's been bumped another day! Love the products but not if i even want to consider another order if it takes this long! I can order from every other site and receive my products in reasonable time but this is absolutely not acceptable!!

I’m not sure if this is for the rest of the candles but I purchased the stress relief candle and light it up and walked away. Came back and there were mini fires from it popping so be careful with them. I will be going back because I have over 15 of them! Not worth a house fire.

😱 I did not know so many people were having this issue! I ordered 14 lotions before thanksgiving and only received 2 in 2 different packages. Contacted them online 3 times. Bath & Body works needs to be honest with their customers and stop playing with Christmas present

Worst online experience EVER. I never received my order I put in November est delivery date was Dec 4-12.Im sure they will say Due to Covid shipping delays... seems like Bath and Bath Works is the ONLY one experiencing this issue. I have ordered from several other companies and got everything on time. Also, customer service nevers answers the phone, this will be my last time shopping with Bath and Body Works!
