I ordered Christmas gifts on Dec. 12th. It is now the 23rd and they haven't even shipped yet! My order has been stuck in "Processed" for 10 straight days. Nothing but excuses posted all over their website about how all carriers are experiencing heavy volume and delays. This is, of course, nonsense, as all the gifts I've ordered from other companies the past several weeks have had a speedy arrival. This isn't even carrier issue, since they haven't even given my order to UPS yet! I will never order Christmas gifts through this company again, that's for sure.

I purchased 4 two wick candles and not one of them were scented. I contacted bath and body and was told nothing they could do about it. Very disappointed that this advertisement was false. I won’t ever purchase anything from there again, as they don’t stand behind there product .

I only ordered online because the scent I wanted was not in the store. My order was made 11/28, shipped on 12/6 and as of 12/23 no package. Evidently it came to my town and was sent back to Indiana the next day which is where it remains. I love BB&W but will not order online anymore. They may want to get a new shipping partner.

I placed my order for two items online on Dec 1 to allow ample time for shipping. I got an update on Dec 7 stating my order was shipped. I received another update on Dec 10 letting me know my order was delayed. I received another email on Dec 18 stating my order was shipping. I finally chatted online with a CSR today after I was hung up on repeatedly yesterday. The CSR said they could resend the package and it would be here after the first of the year. The items I ordered were Christmas gifts. I asked for a refund and they agreed. I can't even begin how dissatisfied and disappointed I am with the entire experience.

Ordered foaming soaps on November 26th online. No delivery yet as of December 22nd. Tracking info shows its in a location about 20 miles from my house. Called Bath and Body today and the rep was very nice and when I requested a refund, she granted it immediately. Said it would take 2-5 business days, so hopefully i will actually see the refund. No more Bath and body for us moving forward though. This is ridiculous. - All I can say to those waiting is call and ask for/demand refund.

Worst experience ever! Lack of quality customer service! How they are still in business is beyond me! Delivery for order delayed SEVERAL TIMES blaming every carrier that they could think of with NO TRACKING NUMBER! Decided to request refund and for their sake I better get it ON TIME!!!! Disgraceful and deserves some national attention for this one!

Wish I could give a negative star. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AGAIN WITH BATH AND BODY!!! My previous shipment was soap, 3 were broke and the box was saturated. My last order, which I placed on 12/4/20 got "lost" so I contacted them on 12/20, was told to call again on 12/21 to get a replacement and then made 3 more phone calls, spent over 3 hours on the phone, was hung up on during one of those calls. Outcome, was charged again for the 16 candles originally ordered and then given a credit back, which I'm supposed to receive in 5 business days...3 weeks after original order and not getting all of the exact items I placed in my original order. Horrible company to place online orders with!!!!! Customer service is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!

Horrible! I ordered my soaps in November and was told I would have my package by 3rd Dec. Now They are telling me I won't have it until the 25th of Dec. The last time I ordered from their website was in the summer, I had a similar problem and I never received my parcel. So I rang them only to find out they had cancelled my shipment completely, not because of any fault of mine but because they did not have one of the items. I would've never known this if I never rang them up to find out why my order was taking so long. This time round I asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me. Shoppers beware.
