Don’t ever buy BBW gift-cards TRUST ME. My gift-card was stolen and used anonymously without my knowledge and when I called the customer service line. Guess how many times I called and explained what happened to me and asked for a replacement or a refund, took me 3 calls to have them answer and having to waste a hour and a HALF. They said “we cannon do anything about that and you need to contact a local store and corporate” that wasn’t the worst part. The worst part was when they cannot even do a simple job and give me my money back. There was $200 on the gift card and having to only spend it once and the balance was 106.01 then on December 21st a unknown person used all of the money I had on it and me finding out on the day after calling customer service and getting treated like it was my fault.... they said “I’ll send you a replacement E-gift card in the next 72 hours and having to wait 4 days and for what. NOTHING so please for the love of god don’t buy their gift-cards without knowing the customer services are HORRIBLE. Also all of that 106.01 I cannot even get back now and was planning to use it on SAS is now gone and I cannot do anything to have anybody believe me and my situation. The gift card was a gift and now I feel responsible for what I could’ve done. So thanks BBW. Used to be my favorite store, no longer

I came to get an exchange for a shimmer mist spray @ The Bath& Body Works in Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall;that I opened on Christmas 🎄 Day for myself. I would like to add :that my spending was Appx. $150 in The Newburgh Mall( Bath & Body Works The associates there were awesome Danielle walked with me thru ALL my shopping, compared to here I give them a ZERO; The Assiciate walked away from me and just didn’t help me feel @ ease telling me that there wasn’t no other as the one I brought in. Made me feel very uncomfortable with no receipt which they asked for.so... there will be no next time in that store. They all intimidated me sucha GR8 shop bc you hv ALL that matches the scents the plugins candles BUT will shop in Orange County which I am a Duthess County Resident

Waited 35 minutes in line with the lady without a mask on. This lady was never question about why she wasn’t wearing a mask. I reported her for not wearing her mask and I was treated like a criminal from the employees I was the bad guy finally on the third person that told me that this person was a regular customer and she has Medical condition which I seriously doubt since she her mouth never shut up why she was waiting in line. I told them to quit harassing me for just doing my public duty. People are dying because of this virus and some people don’t even know they have it that’s why you wear a mask. If you have health reasons why are you out in the public anyway. If shea regular customer she could have curbside service. This woman. Could’ve been spreading Covid all over Bath and body in the Springfield Mall.

I WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE AGAIN! ORDERED DEC 6 AND NOW DWC 26. NO ARRIVAL. NO EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE AS OTHER COMPANIES DO AND NO TRACKING INFO EXCEPT ORDER IS PROCESSED LOST A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER HERE. GET YOUR SH** TOGETHER BATH AND BODY WORKS!

They completely dropped the ball on their shipping and online shopping. I first had issues with my order during candle day. Then on Dec. 9th I placed an online order for my sister's Christmas gift...a wallflower plug in, Rose and Ivy refill and body spray. I received the refill and body spray 7 days later but no wallflower. I checked the tracking almost daily but it was never updated. I called several times about the rest of my order (including the morning of Dec. 23rd) and was told that it should arrive before Christmas day but just to make sure, they will overnight me a replacement to be delivered on 12/24. Well, it's Christmas morning and I'm leaving to visit my sister with a scent refill and no wallflower plug-in. I will never place an online order with them. You know the saying...screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.

If I could give zero stars I would. I usually go in store when shopping at Bath and Body Works but due to COVID I ordered online. I placed my order on Dec 12th, Dec 13th was the cut off date for holiday delivery. I quickly received a confirmation email and then the next day I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, the tracking information has not been updated yet the expected delivery date continues to change. I called the customer service line and was on the phone for over an hour, I finally ended up speaking with a supervisor who wasn't really much helped and tried to talk me into ordering candles that were on sale for half off. Now I have to go and purchase last minute Christmas presents that I thought I had taken care of.

I made my original order on December 6th. I received an email notifying me of my order and from there nothing. When it came around the 14th I called them because the tracking information they sent me to keep an eye on the package had no information. I called customer service spoke with a really nice lady who resubmitted my order and assured me that I would have my order in 5 business days at Max. I then receive two emails. 1 confirming my order and the other canceling my order due to an item not available anymore. If I wouldn't have been paying attention and watching for it nobody would have let me know and I would still be in the dark pertaining to my order. When I called back a third time the woman was rude and charge me shipping only to refund me shipping for the same exact price. She then proceeded to tell me, in layman's term, that The company could not guarantee an actual delivery date due to the covid situation. I do understand what is going on but it is still unacceptable in my book. I am now being told my order will not get here until at least the 28th. That is if it even comes in. Even with that, that is 22 days after I made my original order. Something has got to change with Bath & Body Works.

I am a Bath & Body Works Junkie and order all the time, but this year was absolutely horrible. I understand this year is completely different due to COVID but I ordered three lotions on November 15 and I just received them today on December 23. Apparently my order was shipped to my town on November 25 and somehow shipped back for some odd reason. I understand delays/mistakes but that is just ridiculous. Three lotions shouldn't take a month. I've ordered from overseas all year and I get my orders within 3 to 5 business days. Please do better!
