Idk why people have had any problems with this store. I like them now and for a while I always buy gifts for people here for years now.

I received these bathroom or any room deodorant sprays. I’m very happy with them. I didn’t expect to receive them. In fact, I don’t even remember ordering them. The one I really like is Rose Water & Ivy! Smells great & still subtle! Highly Recommended

Love the products and great value! I've been using their products for years and I've never been disappointed! I use the lotions, soaps, fragrances, candles, body wash, everything! My husband laughed at all the products I bought, until I bought him the "ocean" scent lotion and body wash. Now he's a fan!

I ordered on October 5th on the bath and body works Netherlands onlineshop and I had a good experience. Today, on October 10th I’ve received my parcel. Note that I live in Germany. All products were in an amazing condition. The only thing I think is a bit odd is, that they stuffed the empty room in my parcel with an old wrapping foil. At least it seems like it did. it’s job - protecting my products.

I ordered 15 items a few days ago on a sale and I had put “in store pickup” made the order and an hour later they cancelled 11 items, I was so mad I didn’t want the other 4, I mainly wanted the ones they cancelled. My friend told me to call bath and body works customer service to have the cancelled items shipped. I just spoke to Ashley Pallano and she was so amazing. She helped me get the items shipped at the discounted rate I previously had it for. Job well done.

I have been a regular customer at the Bath and Body Works store in Aberdeen Mall , Kamloops since August 2021. The store manager Kim the assistant manager Marcus and every single staff member they have in that store have not only been incredibly helpful every time I go there which is a lot , they are always friendly , knowledgeable , incredibly accommodating and always make you well welcome. If you are on the hunt for for any sort of gift that's candles , room sprays , fragrance..ETC for yourself or anyone else , I highly recommend talking to the staff at Aberdeen Mall in Kamloops.
