Horrible customer service!!! Ordered 5 items...waited 3 weeks for it and it never showed. Got an email stating my items were returned...not sure by who. Went to reorder and everything was out of stock.

My order shipped on December 26th 2020, here we are January 14th 2021 and still haven't received it! All tracking says is "processing" never again will I order from them. Especially when they don't even offer a free shipping option!

My friend order me some bath& body work on December 14th for a Christmas present. I havent recieved it yet.said it was in his home town will be delivered on the 11th still ain't got it.the post office checked it.it saying it's in Greenwood, INDIANA. This very sad.

Ordered on Jan 6th, candles that only come out every few years, received an email this afternoon telling me, sorry we canceled 4items from your order. Called and I was told sorry we are having a big sale we ran out of stock..

I Went To The Bath & Body Works In Temecula By The Walmart 7:50 P.M. And They Won’t Let Me In. Isn’t That Some Thing Or What!!!??? They Get Zero Stars From Me.

Received my online order two weeks late and it arrived damaged. Bath and Body works will not refund the damaged/late order. I was only offered merchandise credit or an exchange. I had all receipts and original form of payment. Read their find print...they will never return a product. They will only exchange or give merchandise credit. Bath and Body works...you sent the order late (promised Dec 17 received January 2nd. The candles were also damaged. This type of customer service (or lack there of ) is something I expect from a discount retailer not one who sells overpriced candles. Change your policies or lower your prices.

Placed an order on 12/4 for five candles and hand soaps. Received email on 12/12 that order had been shipped. I received one candle on 12/19. The other items according to tracking are sitting in Greenwood, Indiana. I have called a couple of times. I am always assured items will arrive. One time they refunded my shipping cost for my inconvenience. Last time I called they said the package would arrive by 1/5. Today I received an email saying they were refunding me for the items I had returned. I had not made a return but soon discovered that the “returned items” were the candles and soaps I had never received. So I guess I won’t be receiving my order. Very disappointing as these were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I will never order from them online again!

Every time I order hand soap or lotion from B&BW online I get broken parts. Either the soap bump is damaged and spews all over the place and/or the lotion caps are broken and lotion spills. Horrible online product experience.
