Ordered candles on sale. Order was altered after paying. Only got one candle out of 10. With shipping on one candle not a deal. Total rip off! Will shop other sites in future.

We bought body location that was buy three get 2 free but when we got to car there was a bottle missing . When we went back to get the missing bottle they said sorry unless you can prove. What company is that poor with customer service. Their excuse is if we did it for you then everyone would do it. Never heard this line before.

Online service is absolutely horrible. My package was missing an item, late, and I was promised a refund. I never got the refund. I was told I’d get a coupon and never got that either. Trash.

The Logan Bath and Body Works is awful!!!! I had gotten hired there back in August or September 2020. One of those months. Well, the day of training was terrible. It wasn't even an official shift. Just training. I got there and the manager had me start out by standing at the door making sure customers had masks on. I stood there for hours and then I see the manager walk out without saying a word to me on the way out. She just left. I didn't know what was happening cause I was told they would grab me for computer training. Well 2 other girls that were in charge would stand right next to me but wouldn't say a word to me either. There is no communication. I kept thinking to myself (why am I even here? I'm learning nothing). Finally, right before we closed a girl came and grabbed me to fill out some information. Then it was time to do closing jobs. They assigned me and the new girls to restock some things. While I was in the back room, 2 girls that were in charge would gather the other girls and tell them important stuff when I wasn't there and I would walk in the middle of the conversation. This happened several times where they would exclude me and I kept missing important info. Anyway, when I got home, I was sick to my stomach and couldn't eat or sleep. It was causing me so much stress. When I went to my normal job the next day, I told my assistant manager what happened and she wanted me to stay at my job cause she actually cares about me. So I immediately quit Bath and Body Works and told them I'm not coming back. And stayed with my job I'm still at with people who actually care about me. And I never got paid for that day. That is my experience. I am in no way trying to destroy the company of Bath and Body Works. I love their products and I love other locations of Bath and Body Works. I just recommend not working at the Logan Bath and Body Works if you care about your emotional health.

I have spent a lot of money at bath and body works. I ordered many items online and in the last two months I have not gotten any of my online orders. They really couldn’t care less about service or anything that would help the fact that they can’t deliver. I’ve gotten refunded and then asked if I was interested in more items, why would I want more items when they can’t even deliver on what I already ordered? Extremely disappointed.

After how I was treated trying to redeem a reward at the Aurora, Illinois store, I will never buy another product from Bath and Body Works again. I’ll buy my candles from Yankee Candles from here on in.

I ordered four products on January 5th in which they took the money out of my account. After waiting until the 18th, they cancelled two of the products on my order and reported they would refund the shipping due to waiting so long. I've still yet to receive the refund for the two cancelled products. I contacted their customer service only to be told they didn't take the money out of my account. I've got my statements to prove otherwise. My order for the other two products FINALLY arrived January 20th. I'll never buy online from this company again. Poor customer service all the way around.

Bath and Body sent my order to the wrong address and I have yet to receive credit or a refund. I've spoken with 4 or 5 representatives who've assured me that a refund was sent and I would receive an email confirmation. No refund and no email. The order was over 50 dollars. I think they intentionally lie to get customers to just give up. If the package is returned to UPS, they will be the recipients, not me. I've lived at this address for years and have ordered dozens of packages from them with no issues. I always double check the shipping address before clicking the order. The mistake was on their end, not mine. If they can't refund an order marked as "delivered", but not received, they should just be forthright and tell their patrons that. Dishonesty is not acceptable. I will never order online from them again.
