Because of the pandemic I shop online all the time. Online shopping with this company is the most frustrating experience that I have had with any company. BBW sends you coupons with very long codes. The type is microscopic so you need a magnifier to read it. After setting up my order and inputting my coupon code I got a message that it would be applied at checkout. I went all the way to checkout and the only option left was to "submit order". The 20% was not taken off. I was so disgusted that I did not want to make the purchase but it was hell trying to undo it. I managed to cancel the order which was about $63.00. An hour of my time was wasted. Never again! If they are going to give a discount they should include it on the website. BBW, stop cutting down trees to send coupons that don't work and, BTW, the coupon was Not expired!

I'm at a loss for words for a company that used to be my happy place. If you need any sort of customer service, it's worse than my store experience. I have been a customer for about 25yrs. I am 58yrs old. I have never had to contact customer service until now, and boy had I known before!! I had a horrible store experience. They have 0 customer service AT ALL and I was lied to on live chat. I was treated horribly over asking for a bandaid over a broken candle left on the sales floor I cut myself on, that I DID NOT BREAK. I am on blood thinners. I had to practically beg for a bandaid!! I emailed, never heard a thing back. I messaged on Facebook, still nothing. I live chatted where I was told I'd receive a $50 gift card for the situation, yet the representative never even asked for my email I realized after getting off chat. This company does not care about it's customers, in store and out. I'm at a loss for words a company so big would lie, let alone not get back to me over an experience that happened in one of their stores. Please beaware!

I wish I could leave a 0 star rating they stole money from us and will not give it to use and I will never order from here again your better of going to a different store

Bath and body better start listening ,your services are terrible a few days ago I order 2 body sprays it was on sale after I place the order u only sent me one and tell me your out of stock to find out the next day your not out of stock when your selling the same one at regular price u just didnt want to honor your sale im close to being done keep this up and nobody will be buying yr products and pay attention. To your customers when they speak or write reviews We keep u in business At least post something 2 left ,out of stock something dont take the money then tell us sorry we don't have your not sorry you just want our money .You get more money being honest we keep buying but not when you are shady

They were out of Moonlight path super smooth body lotion. I had to buy something else and it was horrible. If they don't bring Moonlight path lotion back I'm done with Bath & Body Works. It is the best lotion you have

Bath and body works does not care nor do they listen to their customers. They are discounting the cocoa shea body butter that has been sold out since last year. People were begging for this product in the reviews. to make matters worse, when they discontinue a product the reviews just go away .They can still make new products but not something a lot of people want. I have noted this to them months ago, it is clear they don't care. The best part is I have discovered products that are better than bath and body works. If you find something you like at bath and body works do not expect it to be around long term.

Ordered candles on sale. Order was altered after paying. Only got one candle out of 10. With shipping on one candle not a deal. Total rip off! Will shop other sites in future.

My experiences with Bath n Body Works include the following: Horrible customer service, damaged online products when delivered (numerous times), can’t use the app in stores nor use coupons, customer service failing to tell the truth and even when presenting a chat text from corporate office the store managers indicate I have no valid proof, overpaying for products Needless to say, their generic policy “copy and paste” will not make me come back to stores. I’ve spent thousands of dollars easily each year for our home and business, but not anymore. I’ll find a local small business who can service my needs and appreciates my business.
