I’m having to give a rating so I will give a 1 but it deserves nothing. I’ve tried to download the app and sign up for rewards for Dallas TX area. It told me they don’t give out rewards for Texas and it’s only for selected cities they choose. It appears to me it’s a discriminatory company. If you sell the same product why are you choosing who gets discounts and when? I will not spend a penny with your company anymore. I wish every company that wants to play games and only help who you want to help and screw the Marjorie that actually keeps your company in business would truly start boycotting and banning all your products until you are on a real consumer understanding. What a joke!

Just saw the video where your employees ganged up on a customer! You really teach your employees to fight with female customers- even your male employees in Scottsdale? This could and should have been handled very differently. Won’t shop with you ever again!

I took in a coupon for a free item. Because I didn't want to buy anything, the worker told me I was stealing from the company and taking advantage of them. I shop there all the time but just didn't that day. It said no purchase necessary. If they don't want to give away free things, they shouldn't give the coupons!!!

I tried to order there only once. Paid for it, get confirm email from Paypal, sent money. They dont even create an order. Just straight forward sent me an email saying that I didnt pay for it and that I need to pay for it again. When I answeared that I have confirmation from Paypal they respond with "No you not, shop somewhere else". Absolutely terrible experience. If I can go with 0 stars I will go with -1. *Update: I sent them screenshot of my payment and suddenly they respond that the order exist. Just trying to scam people and even insult me that I am not good person because I want to know what is wrong with my order.

It is a horrible store. The company allows their employees to beat on customers and then they blame the customers. I hope everybody boycotts this horrible business.

This store has employees that badgered and assaulted customers for not wearing masks. They did not know if the customer was exempt or not. I will NEVER EVER EVER shop somewhere that treats their customers like this. I suggest anyone who wants products similar to the ones sold in this store to go and find a small business and support them instead!

On line ordering is a joke! the coupons never seem to work, so while I wanted to order because I would get free shipping, I didn't place the order because it would not accept the coupon; said it wasn't available at the time.

Sorry Bath and Body Works, you're unable to ignore or delete my concerns here. They deleted my previous comment while trying to reach out on being overcharged on Facebook. I wish so badly they had customer service. I've been dealing with an issue since 12/26/20. I asked to have taken off 2 items at checkout. The cashier said she did but when I got home the items were clearly still there. I tried to go back the next day but was told the cashier wasn't there to verify so I was asked to leave my number and name to be called back after it was verified, as if I was seriously lying over 2 $5.00 items. I never received a call back. I didn't have time to go to the store everyday to track down the cashier that made the mistake. I emailed, I never received a response. I called CS, I couldn't get through. I live chatted, I was told to go back to the store. I even messaged on here, no response. I'm so disappointed in this company whom I have spent so much with, that has no problem at all ripping their customers off. It definitely has opened my eyes to other brands, whom I looked over before such as Yankee Candles. Please be advised and always check your receipts before leaving unlike I did. Sadly for me I took this way too personal as a former dedicated B&BW lover until this happened. I will be returning every single item I have this weekend, broke up into 7 piles between me and my friends and mother under an estimated $250 limit (doesn't matter if you paid $15.95, it'll ring up for $3 max regardless if it's every been that cheap I was told). They will never receive another dime from me.
