This is the only place that charges for shipping and takes 2-3 weeks to get your products. I do not understand why it takes this long to get my stuff I placed an order on 4-4-21 and still haven’t gotten my stuff I can’t even check shipping because it’s not there!!! (This happens every time I order online) If they can’t keep up with their large orders when running sales, then they need to offer free shipping! It should NEVER take 3 weeks to get your product. Also I don’t like how you can’t use multiple coupons on 1 order. But you can in the store??! Their products smell amazing but DEFINITELY over priced!!

the shipping estimate is not accurate

Shipping and delivery is always an issue. Order placed on 4\4\21-original delivery date was set for the 9th. Contacted customer service on the 10th when not received and was told a delivery date of the 14th. Then, I get a notification from BBW on the 14th that says arriving on the 17th- like come on. It's the principle for me like how do you constantly conduct business this way? This has happened to me 4 other times with them. DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR SHIPPING METHODS!

Beware when ordering Wallflowers online. Product is not wrapped or protected in any way before shipping. I just received an order and when I opened the box, it was a hot mess! No bags. No wrap. No protection for the 20+ glass bottles of product. Nothing broke, but product leaked through to the bottom of the box and now I have several partially filled bottles. Whenever I buy something in the store, it is carefully wrapped and placed in a bag. Wonder why their shipping process is so careless.

Order delivery changed 3x in a month , have not received candles yet it’s been over a month will not be ordering from them ONLINE EVER AGAIN! They suck !

Love their candles, but the manager at the Woodbury, MN location (she has short red hair) is a witch and needs some diversity training as well as a shot of tequila.

I ordered something from them online on April 7th for a friend's birthday present. The delivery date has changed, and who knows how long it'll take for this order to be delivered. Yesterday I tried speaking with customer service and the online chat. I asked the customer service rep where was this order coming from and she said she didn't know. Lie #1. She couldn't answer any of the questions I asked. Then I got an email today saying the delivery date changed as I mentioned, so this time I used the online chat. This person at least knew where the order was coming from and it's my state's next-door neighbor. I could drive there in less than 12 hours. This order will probably get to my bestie after her birthday. And what makes this so bad is that the fragrance that she loves is a retired one, so I can't just go to a Bath and Body Works store and buy it. I will NEVER order from them again online. I received packages I ordered 3 days ago yesterday (and they came from New York). BBW's shipping policy is idiotic, ridiculous and moves at a snail's pace getting orders out for what they charge you for shipping. I've asked people I know who buys their products whether they've used the online shipping, and they have horror stories too. Done with Bath and Body Works.
