Prior to choosing Batelle, my husband and I were desperate to solve the sleep issues with our 2.5 year old. We also have an infant where sleep was already hard to come by, so we knew we needed help! We were in a routine of having to lay with our toddler in her room until she settled and this process would take upwards of 2 hours. It was unpredictable, included multiple tantrums and was stressful for us all. She would wake in the middle of the night screaming for mommy and daddy 2 or 3 times a night which resulted in one of us having to go upstairs and spend time in the middle of the night waiting for her to go back asleep then silently sneak back out of her room. She would wake up exhausted in the morning and we knew she didn’t have the energy to be her best self. She was fussy during the day and overall difficult. We found Batelle and 2 weeks later, our lives have all improved! Our toddler goes to bed quickly. Follows instruction, and doesn’t need us next to her to fall asleep. She sleeps through the night, wakes up refreshed and is so happy! She also is so proud of “sleeping by herself all night long.” She’s happy and cheery in the day, takes naps following the same routine, and overall just exudes so much more positive energy. Our favorite part of working with Batelle is having immediate 24 hour support to work through live-real time issues and questions while we worked through new steps in the program. My husband and I quickly realized that we needed training as much as our daughter did. The skills we all learned help us throughout the day! The sleep tools Batelle provide are also all so useful and high quality. Batelle has been a game changer for our family. We will be forever grateful!

Batelle has been an incredible experience for my daughters sleep but also our relationship. I have been trying to cry it out as well as being super attached and neither were really working. This strikes such a balance of staying connected and loving but also giving your child independence to sleep. Worth every penny!

I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner. I noticed my 4yr old was behaving like a mean little toddler. His preschool even suggested that he see a behavior specialist. I thought to myself that he doesn’t sleep well and maybe that’s the root of his tantrums. A coworker recommended sleep school and I found Batelle was the best option for us. The personalized service and support is incredible. Elizabeth and Deanna gave great advice for our situation at bedtime during our Zoom calls. My son and I have a stronger bond and communicate much better now that I acknowledge what he’s feeling. Problem solved, no more tantrums or mean streaks 😁. It’s never too late

Batelle saved our lives. Not only did it entirely change our relationship with the nighttime and napping for our son (he was 18 months when we went through the school), but it also really strengthened our bond and communication with our son. We had previously tried all sorts of methods including CIO and Ferber and nothing stuck. We thought we were doomed with an extremely different sleeper and we felt helpless. Batelle was an incredible success and any family is remotely concerned about sleeping issues is doing themselves a disservice not to try it out. Eight months after graduation, we have a confident sleeper and Batelle has been there for us during any hiccup.

Batelle has the BEST team! I was skeptical about using Batelle but my nephew went though sleep school and I was so tired of my own 7 month old continuously waking up through the night. My son was a superstar during sleep school and began sleeping through the night very quickly & effortlessly. Almost felt like he did it on his own. But Batelle’s team ESPECIALLY came into play for us one-month POST SLEEP SCHOOL. My son was upset when I tried putting him to sleep & I couldn’t figure out why. I love that I can message the team at any time and get a response back in a timely manner and even more quickly setup a zoom call to figure out what our next move should be to help us get back to sleep. They gave us complete 48 hour support post sleep school & suggested we could extend the support if we were still having bedtime trouble. They helped me minute by minute and helped me get through a rough couple of nights by refreshing my memory of how to respond to my baby - I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THEM. I’m so happy I can continue to message them with questions or more support whenever I many need it for the years to come! The Batelle community is soooo loving and thoughtful. They even message and check in on their own often to see if bedtimes are going well or if I have questions

WOW! What an amazon group of people that genuinely care. I used Batelle about two years ago because my then two-year-old daughter, Elliott, was scared to sleep alone at night. I had no idea a service like this existed, much less with a guarantee. At first, I thought it was too good to be true, but after our first session, I was sold. We only needed about four days before our daughter was going to sleep by herself within a few minutes of us putting her down.  Fast forward to now. Our daughter is four and just went through a fun sleep regression where not only does she not want to sleep, she comes up with a thousand excuses why she needs to get out of bed. I thought it was a long shot, but I reached out to the team at Batelle, and I was added to the alumni program and spoke with Polly in two days. It was a breath of fresh air to hear their advice and get the direction we needed. So even two years later, we're still able to get help. I hope I can return to the Batelle team in 9 years when I need help with the teen years, lol. I love the Batelle family and what they've done for us. Scott Paley

It has been already 8 months since we finished the sleep school training program and Oh-My-God! We are amazed to see every night our baby trusting the sleep moment and going to sleep on her own in calm, like when you know you are safe, you are loved and everything is and is going to be all right. We love the hug, the night light and the fact that Ilana since finishing the sleep school sleeps 12 hours per night. She is only 17 months but I can assure you this is one of the best investments we have ever made. I recommend this to everyone I can that have babies that dont sleep well or that simply dont sleep alone. Thank you thank you thank you Batelle family!

Thank you for getting us back to sleep! I wanted to thank the whole staff for guiding us along the way to where we are now. The road can be difficult but the last few weeks of struggle has proven to be worth it to get our daughter to sleep through the night. Cheers!
