Batelle is by far the best investment we made for our family and something I will be forever be grateful for. My husband wrote a post on our sleep school experience but I wanted to add about their amazing alumni support. A few weeks we were stuck in a step and Polly immediately offered remote support along with amazing advice and guidance. The overnight support immediately brought us back on track and all the advice from the sleep guide allows me to navigate any curves through developmental leaps or days we struggle to maintain routine. Thank you Polly and team. You are a true gift to this mom.

I would say that Joining Batelle’s Sleep School was the best thing that we’ve done for our son so far! My son is now sleeping all through the night in his room on his own. During the day, he’s happier, more energetic and less cranky. In addition to having the full support of the Sleep Experts, we also had the full support of Discipline and Feeding Experts! This was a huge bonus that we weren’t even expecting to get! My son now sleeps, eats and communicates better thanks to Batelle! I couldn’t be happier :)

I don’t know where to begin, thank you Krista, Sam and Amy who has been there for us Day/Night. They have been super patient with us , helped us every step of the way. I feel like they saved us truly. Not only my toddler now sleep through the night , he has learned to wake up with such good mood.

Before starting Batelle, my 19mo son was waking up 2-3x/night and needed to nurse to fall back asleep. He also needed to nurse to fall asleep, which was getting harder and harder as he got older/bigger (I.e. it took longer for him to fall asleep or stay asleep when I transferred him). I was spending about 2 hours every night trying to get him to fall asleep or stay asleep. I could never follow any other methods of sleep training I’d heard of. They were too distressing to my son or myself. Then we found Batelle, and everything changed within a week. It seems my son was actually craving the routine and independence of falling asleep on his own. We followed the program to a T, which actually surprised me that we were able to - but that’s credit to the support of the Batelle team! I felt comfortable holding boundaries when needed since I knew that I could reach out if it got hard and get specific advice. There were a couple of nights that we needed that support, and the team was so on top of it providing step by step coaching via the app messaging. Before starting the program, I didn’t realize how this would work, but it was actually quite seamless! From the first night we started the program, we never had to pick my son up from the time we laid him down to wake up time in the morning. We were able to comfort him by being near him or just our voice, using the Batelle method. And! After just one week of the program, our son was falling asleep without us in the room and staying asleep through the night. So glad we found this program and we’re able to benefit from all of the team’s support!

Batelle school has changed my quality of life 100%!! It has been the best money I have ever spent. When we started the school my little one was 9 and 1/2mo. We went from co-sleeping and waking 5-6 times a night, ended up nursing all night long, feeding to sleep, to sleeping through the night in a matter of few days. After the baby would go to bed, he would wake crying half an hour later, almost every night. No idea why but now, once he is asleep, he sleeps until the morning. He is well rested and very happy during the day as he is rested. Everyone at school has been so great, helpful, supportive and very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this sleep training program and love the methods that are being used, as I am not a big fan of crying out methods. With the techniques learned in school, I felt like I was always there to help my baby to sleep and didn’t feel guilty at all for having have to let him cry. Batelle school has been such a wonderful experience, I could never do it without the Batelle staff ❤️ Anna

One week ago our toddler took 2-3 hours to put down, frequently staying up until 9 or 10 PM and waking up multiple times at night - sometimes for good between 3-5AM. Because of Batelle he now goes down at 7:30 and sleeps through the night. We are so grateful to Elizabeth, Deanna and the team!

Our son is now 20 months old and we took the Batelle course when he was 6 months. He has been a champion sleeper pretty much ever since (with some brief regressions in between). He is adaptable, sleeps well even when not at our home, and has predictable, appropriate length naps. We were very skeptical of the whole program and it took us some time to get fully on board - we initially found some of the instructions complicated and difficult to follow (though they’ve since updated the program and it looks more streamlined in the app). And we thought some of the steps were kind of wonky. But wow, Wow, WOW. We are so so happy we followed through.

Our 3rd is 19 months and we never properly sleep trained her like her siblings. When we started she was drinking a bottle, being held an hour to be put down to sleep. And, waking up at least once a night requiring more milk and another 20-30mins of holding. After the 2 week program, she sits in her crib while we read and goes to sleep on her own; no nighttime bottles! If she wakes at all, I don’t need to go in, just reassure her over the monitor gently. This has been a game changer!! We were definitely skeptical when we started. However, the 24/7 reassurance & support was what I needed; as I’m sure the many moms who Google “how to get my 18m old to sleep” at 3am in their dark baby’s room need as well.
